"The eagle rider street glide had burned out brake lights and turn signals. Harley fixed the bulbs, then upon riding the red battery indicator lit, causing me to bring the bike back to Harley. Voltage regulator was shot and they didn't have another eagle rider bike to give me. They in turn gave me a test model from their showroom to make up for the inconvenience. Lastly, for the short time I did have the eagle rider street glide, the shocks were horrible- every little bump was felt, in dramatic fashion. The jolts knocked out my phone from its pocket and damaged it completely with the impact. Really bad experience from an Eagle Rider standpoint- and for $300 a day, a very painful one in my wallet and rear end with the bad shocks."PS Shoreline Harley and their team were great - Eagle Rider not so much.I already gave feedback above to Eagle Rider via their Post Ride questionnaire. Wonder if their reply will be "please contact us...."
