“I don’t have the words to express how incredible this shop is, especially Kayla. I stopped in to get an estimate for damage caused by a valet. The valet service refused to cover the repairs, and Kayla encouraged me to contact them again. Unfortunately, they were even worse the second time around.
Kayla had asked me to keep her updated, so I did. Even though the repairs were going to be expensive, she went out of her way to help me find solutions I could live with, saving me a huge amount of money. I honestly don’t know how to repay her for her kindness, patience, and huge heart.
While I waited for my car, I overheard her on the phone with other customers, and she was just as professional, kind, and sincere with each and every one. Kayla is a true asset to this business, and because of her, I’ll recommend this shop to everyone I know.”
“Needed a new battery since mine was completely dead, so I went there few minutes before they close. There were 2 employees and I needed help to get the battery replaced. DOUG one of the employees stayed after they closed to help me out. The other person left but Doug decided not to let me hanging without having my battery replaced. The good:
Amazing responsiveness, very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, fairly quick sales process.. bonus: they offered to buy me dinner because we were there late
The not so good:
Apparently this dealership requires you to have your car insured and bonded BEFORE leaving. I was not made aware of this and so I drove two hours to be told I couldn’t leave with the car. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get ahold of my insurance company, but they were closed. They did finally agree to pay for temporary coverage for me so I could get everything switched over the next day.
I am grateful they paid for the insurance but if that was an option I wish they would have started with that instead of having me on the phone forever with my insurance company.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again, but if your first time make sure you contact your insurance before they close for the day!”
