BBtoys was great to do business with! I sold a large lot of Disney and Ty beanie babies by using their site to indicate the pieces I was trying to sell. They were quick to respond to any correspondence and payment was received in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

Have previously ordered from company and issues, if any, were quickly resolved. My most recent order, however, was a pain. After receiving the wrong item, I promptly alerted the company and requested the correct item. Though not my fault, I had to wait for the company to receive the return of the wrong item before they would ship the correct item. Company used USPS, so took over a month (2 weeks for the return and another two weeks to receive the correct item) from date of order to finally receive correct item. Company could have expedited correct order (especially since website says “ultra fast shipping”) but they did not. Company has good merchandise, but customer service was lacking this time.

I placed an order on November 28 and received timely email correspondence for confirmation of the order and when it was shipped. The items were shipped to Ontario, Canada and arrived on December 13. Shipping was quoted as 14-30 days so it was well under that estimate. I received exactly what I ordered in great condition. I felt a bit nervous making this purchase but the good reviews seemed consistent so I took the risk! I'm so happy I did. I was looking for two hard to find items and I am so please to have them now!! Thank you from Ontario BB Toy Store!!

I ordered a PSA graded card from here and was soon thereafter emailed that it would have to be sent to my billing address rather than the shipping address. I replied asking if there was any way for me to confirm or verify the shipping address. I received no reply for three days and when they did reply it was to tell me that they would refund the order. A asked them not to but they did within three minutes of their days-late response. I only wish I could rate them lower than one star.

I keep getting these charges from BBTOYS. Sneaky small charges. Careful if you put your card info in, they will slowly bleed you dry. Seeking legal counseling and fraud help.

After a good experience with an eBay purchase through BBToyStore, I thought it be best to purchase from them directly....BIG MISTAKE.They're quick to remind you they've been in the Beanie Baby business for years and claim what they sell are mint with mint tags yet what I received was anything but. My order arrived stuffed and jammed in a box with absolutely no care whatsoever. Not even tag protectors. Beanie tags creased. Tags ripped. Beanies with tears to material. Beanies with chipped eyes. I couldn't believe it.I guess when eBay isn't the middleman to protect your purchases, BBToyStore simply doesn't care.*EditInteresting response by the store. Two orders were placed, only one of those arrived in good condition. I have in writing that the owner(?) packed the good one and someone else carelessly boxed the the other. I originally didn't even want a refund, I wanted replacements for the damaged ones. I even paid for the return at MY expense after being promised replacements. If I did what BBToyStore claimed, then why would I have asked for replacements? You don't want to take responsibility for whomever poorly packed them....so be it. It's a shame because I was looking forward to doing a lot more business with them and even visiting the store in person.No worries about blocking me, never noticed as I wouldn't do further business with a company who doesn't take ownership of their mistakes.

Overall decent experience but they send payment thru paypal and allow the seller to eat the paypal fees. That makes absolutely no sense. Yes it's only 99cents for this order I'm referring to but NO where on their site mentions seller is eating paypal fee. What about the people selling bigger orders??? Y'all just gonna let the seller take the lose when y'all hold merch for well over a week. That's NOT good business.

I order a Wanda halloween Funko pop and it came in very good condition and very fast shipping which it was impressive almost 2 day shipping, I thought it would come on a Saturday but it actually came in early, I'm definitely happy with my order. worth my money.
