Just spoke to a VERY RUDE woman on the phone asked her to match a price with a competitor. She said yes but then told me she then couldn't deliver same day. When I told her I'd have to call her back she just hung up on me. Very unprofessional!!!It doesn't hurt to ask for better prices ever.Customers remember how you treated them at the best and the worst times! Be cognizant that you are speaking to a person that may be on a budget.

Used to like this place until today when I got my delivery and their oil guy started recording my property. That’s not okay at all.invasion of privacy. Called to report it and the women seemed annoyed.

Greed took over. They didn't honor my price. Karen is very unprofessional and rude. I went somewhere else where I dealt with a polite girl, who honored the price I could afford at this time. I am now giving that company my business. I appreciate people doing business the right way. They just lost mine.

They came to my house twice last year.....never show when they say and never call ....this year they say can’t get down driveway after waiting all day for them .... but we’re here twice last winter and delivered oil
