People are always friendly. And they play no games, getting you in and out. The longest amount of time I’ve ever spent in there, in my life, has prob been 5 minutes!

Just went this location and the space was vacant. All UPS signage is gone and inside of windows is papered over.
UPDATE: Following response from the owner of the business, I am revising my review.
Out of habit, I went to the original location, unaware they had moved. The location was empty and there was nothing to indicate a move. I didn't explore the area further to discover they had relocated nearby.
My past experiences with service at this business have always been easy, satisfactory, and free of problems. Any staff I have dealt with has always been pleasant and helpful.

Every other UPS store in South Jersey is open Until 730 and some even 830. This store closes at seven. You show up at seven OClock on the dot and they got the door locked already. Staring at you from the back as they chur the lights off. Must’ve had the drawer counted already.. This isn’t my first experience with this store. They charge $30 just to have a paper notarized, which is something the bank will do for free. if I had an option, I’d never use this story or any other UPS store . Some people work.

The woman who works here with tattoos is absolutely miserable and hates her job, and it shows in her work ethic and her treatment of customers. If you hate your job so much, please just quit and save us all your misery. She should not be in the customer service industry and based on previous reviews that are similar, she should be fired.

When did you impose a moronic requirement that Amazon returns need to be in an Amazon box or it’s a $5 fee?That’s the DUMBEST thing I’ve ever heard.To make me go home, repackage an item, and drive back is horrible customer service.Next time, I’ll grab the biggest box I can find and return these jewelry boxes in something that would fit a trash can.You want to inconvenience me for a service you CHOSE to provide? Fine. 2 can play your games and I garentee it’ll cost you more than me driving back home.

This store makes it easy for me to do my returns! UPS in Mantua is my go to UPS. I had an issue with a package and somehow they were able to get in contact with me, they helped me rectify the issue and were so kind and generous!

They are beyond friendly. Super nice and super cool! (Down to earth and personable) None of them has an attitude. It's almost like you are talking to family when doing business there. I receive mail there and see them a lot but even when I would just stop there once in a while, they were friendly.
