The staff were helpful in finding the supplies that I needed. At check out the man tried to help me with a new password, but I was having difficulty, so the cashier gave me a number for staples rewards.

The staff member who assisted us , Jennifer, was the nicest person and handled our task as well as giving tutorials on the fax machine and providing customers with their pickups without a problem!

Idk what I would've done if he had been there and went above and beyond what staples employees are permitted to do. Thank to the team that allowed him to cater especially to my family's. I went to the Store on Sunday morning to shop for a replacement printer for home usage. I asked for an associate who might be able to assist me and was soon greeted by the most amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff member. We discussed our needs and he eventually suggested a perfect model for us. Thank you.

I have gone to this Staples twice now for printing invitations. Dominic at the printing center is fantastic. He has been so helpful each time, he even told me that by downloading the Staples app I could save 40% on my purchase, which he helped me download. Quality of prints is also great, I’ve left happy each time.

We purchased a replacement toner cartridge for our HP printer. For some reason, when we changed the cartridge, the lid on the printer would not close. We tried several times with no success. We took the printer and the new cartridge back to the store where Ron in Customer Service was extremely helpful. It took a couple of tries; but after a closer look, the problem as solved. We have a working printer, and we know how to replace a cartridge the next time we need to. A very big "thank you" to Ron for his patience and professionalism. He is a credit to Staples.Dave and Pat Munyan, satisfied customers.
