5 stars is an understatement!! The assistants, hair stylists and the owner Annemarie are all very welcoming and friendly! Rebecca has been my go to hairstylist for about 3-4 years now! She is very helpful when it comes to communicating to her what I want done. She listens to exactly what I want and SLAYS MY HAIR EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I instantly feel like a brand new confident woman after getting my hair done by her. If you’re looking for a hairstylist because you’re blonde and need someone to trust, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REBECCA. Her instagram photos speak for themselves! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Looking forward to my next session with Rebecca in the spring (:

I think they big rip off artists here because my grandma never knows what the price is until she checks out and its through the roof. they charge a 5% credit card fee too, a 2% "salon fee", a 3 % " chemical disposal fee" and get this, a 6% "salon chair fee" and service charges on top of that. the owner is Annie Marie and she is gone through a divorce right now and the husband is asking for money and he said he is gonna shut the salon down so the lady owner woman is paying him off big time. so she be charging everybody through the roof. holy Toledo

Annemarie (Don't say AnnAmarie!) rocks! She made me feel like the rock star I really am, on a horrible day. I heartily recommend Serendipity! They took a sow's ear, and turned me into a silk purse. Big thank you to Anne Marie and Serendipity for mixing up my touch up color! No contact pick up made if safe and directions were so easy to follow. It is just the pick me up I needed right now.
