For the people who are complaining, please try the Collingswood post office. Then you will understand what a bad postal experience is! The Merchantville P.O. offers a pleasant and professional experience every time. I am not one to stan Merchantville, but these ladies are the best.”

“The attendance here are extremely professional courteous and they work extremely efficiently and could not have a better local post office always a quick experience the postal employees are very knowledgeable sometimes the lines a little too long the hours should be a little longer especially on Saturday maybe difficult for some to find who are local to Essington”
“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”
“Just wanted to say thank you to the lady who helped me today (1/11/22) around 1130am. I had a late Christmas gift and some baked goods heading to a friend. She took the utmost care in packaging them for me - very creatively, I might add! She saved me a couple bucks, which is always appreciated after the holidays. “Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“I'm a MiLLeNiAL so I don't do a lot of mailing. My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn't screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes Protect the post office, folks, these people are heros.”

It’s a shame to see how the postmaster general (DeJoy) is decimating the USPS and making it hard for workers and customers alike. Still, best post office in the city with the nicest employees who are doing the work and facing all kinds of structural constraints.”

Wasn’t a huge fan of the one male post office clerk that skips through the payment screens when I’m trying to decide how quickly my package gets sent out. I felt it was rushy and rude. He seemed bothered and impatient. Other than that, this is my go-to post office for convenience.”
