“If you are looking for a piano mover, I highly recommend Duffy. I got several quotes to to move my childhood baby grand from my parents' house in South Jersey to my home in Delco. They weren't the cheapest, but their reviews were far better than the two others I considered. I was willing to pay more to ensure my piano was well cared for. The scheduling was easy and the Kerri was very friendly. The moving men were very friendly and professional. My parents called me after they picked up the piano and raved about them, which my parents rarely do. We experienced a very similar experience on our side. They are efficient and even provided some tips on how to clean off the piano and local piano tuners.
The 4.9 rating is the real deal. Look no further if you're looking for a great experience.”

“I'm so glad we hired Mac Movers instead of trying to do it ourselves. Andrew was amazing with communication and very understanding of delays on our end. On moving day Andrew and Nick were there on time and immediately put us at ease with their calm but focused demeanor. We've been moved in for a couple weeks now and unpacked a lot of boxes, but so far we haven't found a single thing damaged – including a dresser that falls apart if you look at it the wrong way, which I forgot to warn them about. They took great care of our stuff, managing to safely and securely tetris a 2-bedroom house's worth of stuff into one 15-ft truck. Their hourly rate was also more than fair. Hire them and it'll be the easiest and least stressful part of your move!”

I had the pleasure of working with Pete, Taci, Jamal and Mike and they were all kind, attentive, and wonderful to work with.They worked hard as a team over two days to pack my two-bedroom apartment and move everything to my new location across state lines. They were sure to label the boxes well and upon arrival, they were diligent with asking where to put any items in question to make it as easy as possible for me to start the "fun" of unpacking. When an unexpected washer water situation arose, they quickly problem-solved as a team and helped take care of it. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it!Everyone knows moving is not always a delight, but BR helped make it a breeze for me and I would recommend them again and again!Update: now that I have unpacked many of the boxes, came back to give these guys extra kudos for the way they so carefully wrapped and packed my belongings. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee ??”

I'm not trying to be Petty or anything, but I attempted to be courteous multiple times to the gentleman and he ignored me blatantly and repeatedly. Other than that five star as always....EDIT: It is now late in the day of my original post; in recognition of Management's response (and also time having cooled me on the encounter), I will change my review to five stars.
