“Pineapple movers are the absolute best!!! They were so efficient, kind, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They were able to park a huge moving truck on our tiny south philly street without a problem and were able to carry and move everything in just 4.5 hours (including a 30 minute drive to our new house)! Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable compared to many other movers I got quotes from. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone! 10/10!”

As a customer, it was good to see a company taking steps to fix the issues and ensuring closure.
12/02/2025 Update:
Updating to three stars from one star as Edward from Logicstics reached out to discuss resolution of the issue. He assured me that there is a work in progress resolution for the inconvenience caused. I am awaiting the resolution and will update the review once the issue is resolved.
Old:
It has been two weeks since the promised delivery date and I still don’t have my shipments. We hired logicstics to help with end to end services for our USA to India move. So far they have done a very poor job of communicating. Even after paying for the end to end service, I am handling all the follow ups with FedEx, India customs clearance poc from falcon forwarders, etc., No one has been helpful or giving me the right information. When I ask my Logicstics POC for information he is not giving me any updates. I have been following up everyday with no progress. As a last resort, I am posting this review to get the attention of the management to this matter. Hope you can look into it and take immediate action to get my shipments delivered.”
“I was very happy with my moving experience with BR Moving. Based on reviews, I contacted three companies for bids for my long distance move to State College. Owner John came to review my pieces in person, including complicated artwork and large bar cabinet (known as “the beast”), reviewed doorways and stairwells, thoroughly explained options and gave the most competitive bid. One other company came to review, but did not thoroughly review my building nor explain other services, and their bid was $2800 higher. The third company wanted me to do a video instead of coming to see my project and gave me a bid that was $3200 mor than BR. Based on options explained, I chose to pack up my non-breakable personal property and clothing, but had BR pack my artwork, fine china and stemware, and all breakables. The moving team, headed by Harry, were courteous and respectful of items and genuinely pleasant through the whole process. I highly recommend this company!!”
“Max and his team were excellent and efficient. Before they arrived, we had a rate estimate set up with them. When they arrived Max began discussing potentially increase and decrease depending on hours, which I took as a bad sign but was quickly proven wrong. Max made a point to be transparent and communicate very thoroughly every step of the way. In the end we paid less than we were originally quoted and received above and beyond service. The team was also able to work around tough parking situations at both locations after our police permit officer never showed up to help. I highly highly recommend Philadelphia Movers for anyone in need of moving services.”

Lo and behold, when we bought a bedroom set, it couldn’t make the turn up the stairs and the store had a no refund policies. Thankfully we measured it out and knew it would fit through the window. Maybe 10 calls to moving companies later, Aron Movers was one of only two companies willing to do it. They moved the furniture onto a smaller roof on the house and into the house. They did it speedy on the day of. They did it within days of calling. Their movers were kind and friendly. They were respectful of property and even helped us put things back in their original place. We’re extremely grateful for their services. Would 1000% hire them again and if anyone needs such a specific job then they’re your guys in South Jersey”

“I used Superior for their moving crate and cart rental only. I ordered crates for mid June delivery and had a move that was endlessly delayed with them finally picking up second week in September. Extending my crate delivery was easy. On one delay I even needed to add extra crates as carts and a special delivery for the additional was a breeze. All drivers I encountered were kind and professional. Interior or crate arrived clean and sanitized. I would use them again if the need arises.”
