“Today I went and did a ton of Amazon returns. I appreciate how patience and amazing the staff was. I also didn't catch one worker name, but he pointed out that my one of my returns were supposed to be in a box together. I didn't mind paying the fee for those, but before continuing my returns. I went through to see if any of my other orders were same way. Thank you for pointing that out so I didn't have pay any extra money for boxes. I really appreciate workers here. Thanks UPS.”
“Excellent customer service! The staff at the Folsom store is friendly and very courteous! I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but the service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes..This was a fantastic experience! I can not thank Daniel and the staff enough..Ps. I just want to mention I am not being paid for my review nor do I have any relatives that work for the store. They provided great customer service and I felt it necessary to provide feedback since you don’t see this type of exceptional service much these days..Keep up the great work and thank you!”
“Here is a good, honest small business. The owner of this establishment is fair and honest. I was a little thrown back by paying $3.00 for a label, but after the owners explanation. It was understandable. You pay for a service, and that service has expenses. Like any business, it costs time, money and electricity to run these machines it's easy to forget that the printers you use at home are just a fraction of the price of their 30k printers. $3.00 may seem like a lot for a piece of paper, but remember that he is trying to make a living and run an honest business. If anything please understand that the days of $1.00 a page are well over. I hope this review helps someone bless this man and his business with many customers to help him stay in business.”

“This place was ideal for my storage needs for one year. Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. The loading bay and parking spots were super convenient for the moves, too.”
“Super friendly and helpful service and the owner has a very soothing voice which makes you feel right at home. He is helping ship a bunch of TVs to my studio to make it look big time. Thanks and will do business any day!”
“I walked to this store from the Element/W hotel. A very nice lady helped me and had a successful transaction.
One thing I learned was that the online rates are different from the in store rates. If you print the mailing labels at home, you can drop them off at the nearest UPS Store.
The package arrived earlier than the delivery date which was fantastic.”
“This is the absolute best Post Office in the entire region. I’ve used many others for work, and Collingswood truly is the best PO!Also, Ernest is a true credit to the United States Postal Service.”
“I am waiting here for the store to open. Their website and window sign say they open at 8 am. I see other people saying that they usually are not open when they say. I'm trying to return a package through Happy Returns. Hope they don't give me a problem when someone eventually does show up.

I called with a problem yesterday and the post master Chris was extremely helpful (this was not a problem with the post office but with the carrier that picked it up from the office). He researched and gave me information and told me to call him specifically if it wasn't enough to solve my issue. It was!”

I have used other UPS access points & my packages have been lost or damaged. This Spruce St store is now my go to place for shipping & deliveries!”
“I wanted to let you know that my husband and I received exceptional customer service! The Associate was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We got there around 6:40pm and it seemed like everyone else was shipping out packages at the same time?He helped us send out packages to our kids in college and my mother-in-law in Florida and he was helping other customers on the other register. He was very composed during a hectic time. He did a phenomenal job!I will definitely ship all my packages from this store from now on!!”
“Today with a 7 months baby and my wife needing to get their passports done we were very happy with the wonderful service at this USPS location as walk-ins. We were rejected by Ardmore staff even though we showed up within the walk-in period. At Ardmore USPS there was two staff at the counter taking applications, I was told that because only one staff was available so no walk-in will be served. At Narbeth USPS we were late for our appointment and turned away. USPS is not interested in taking care of customers. At Drexel Hill USPS it was totally a welcoming place to their customers. We were treated with respect and courtesy by both staff on duty. This is sorely missing at other USPS locations. Sad to say I try to limit my exposure.”
