I took my 2 and 3 year old boys here at the same time for a blood draw. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made the experience as painless as possible for my two boys. Much appreciated! Would highly recommend this location.

Truly shameful a multi-Billion dollar corporation like LabCorp can't staff their locations properly! My wife left the Mantua Walgreens location because she would be left alone to run a 2 person location that would see up to 60 patients in a day. Her patients love her! She moved to the Thorofare location...she's by herself this morning. She's 57 and has already had surgery on 1 foot. They're gonna lose a wonderful phlebotomist who is loved by her patients!

I’m furious at how I am being billed $170 for my son’s bloodwork when YOU HAVE HIS INSURANCE ON FILE!! This doesn’t make any sense! I’m so angry and nobody likes to answer the phone!!

Most miserable place on earth next to DMV. I've been here three times since moving to South Jersey from North Jersey and the people that work there are extremely rude and make it known they hate you and their jobs. I don't tolerate people being disrespectful to elderly people, which is 90 percent of the people in the waiting room. They are lost because no one greets the patients and if they ask a question they mumble something or just rudely ignores them. I got up and assisted patients with their check in, because they were lost. If you are at any job you should put on a smile and be kind to people, IT'S YOUR JOB! If you hate people,then working in the medical field definitely isn't for you. You hate being there? Well you are paid to be there. Labcorp needs to get it together. I definitely won't be back.

I recently took my daughter in for blood work at this Labcorp and our experience was extremely pleasant. I love that this location has Saturday hours, no other Labcorp locations close to us has Saturday hours. We were seen as a walk in and we were in and out extremely fast despite about 4 others being in the waiting room when we walked in. The place was clean and the staff members were polite. Brittany (not sure of correct spelling), the woman who drew my daughters blood was professional, quick, kind and knowledgeable. Her and I had a short but informative conversation about Labcorps policies with minors. I definitely recommend this location and will return if/when needed.

If I could give a zero I would. Not only did they happen to lose blood for 9 year old (5 vials,) the second time they didn't test for all of the order. Ive never had this experience with a labcorp before.

Had to get blood work and such done for work. Made an appointment online. Checked in online when I parked in the parking lot. Was in and out in 15 mins. The woman who took my blood n such was very nice. You can make a left into their driveway.

This place has the most unprofessional people employed there...I went in today to get blood work for my son...the dirty lady said she's very experienced in children's blood drawl...she's bogus...that place bogus...she poked my son 4 times with no avail..I will never go back there..ESPECIALLY TAKE ANY CHILDREN THERE TO GET BLOOD WORK...DO NOT GO TO WEST DEPTFORD LABCORP...Go elsewhere..

Today was my first time going to this location and I must say I was nervous due to having bad luck at other locations and different labs. The lady the checked me in also took my blood her name is Sheena. She will forever be my lab girl when I need bloodwork done. She got it on the first stick and I didn’t feel it at all. I would recommend her to everyone.

Went to the Thorofare office today April 17th, 2023 and Whitney was my Tech, this was the 3rd time she has done my labs, in and out in under 8 mins. I have very poor veins and a lot of anxiety having it done, a Butterfly is used and she for the 3rd time has gotten it in on 1 try and I didn't even know she was in and it was over. I sent in a review on her before but she said she was never told, PLEASE let her know I sent this in and if there are any recognitions for her Please acknowledge her. Thanks Whitney!!!

Extremely unpleasant and complete lack of empathy. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to get any tests done the staff is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered.
