I have revised my review.
The process with salesman was fair. I did have a hard time obtaining title and getting vehicle registered.
HOWEVER i want to give special recognition to Kayla, Chris, Danielle and Sharon.
Especially Danielle from titling and Sharon from Gateway. These two ladies went above and beyond to make things right for me. I cant thank them enough.
I would buy from Gateway again.

Fair experience. I really received great customer service when buying the vehicle. But after i got it home and shelled out money for new battery truck still wouldnt turn over. I respectfully asked for any tips and suggestions or pointers and simply got "i spoke with my assistant he said he started it, the driver probably left the key on". Which may or may not be true. However i am a customer just looking for help i wasnt trying to lay blame. Driver tried his best but he couldnt get it running either. Ended up towing truck. My next purchase wont be here unfortunately.Here it January 2024 and im still battling for a title. Called corporate no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB no response. The only one that seems to care is Ms Sharon. She has been trying to resolve this title issue. So much for the salesman saying he had a clean title on hand. Buyer beware.

Very nice experience, walking around the warehouse taking your time and nobody bothered me, they said let me know if I need anything to let them know! Great staff of people. They have about 100 cars and trucks of all types and years parked in a warehouse in an industrial park, so when you get near you may think the address is wrong but just look carefully at the signs.

Gateway sold me a stolen car. When this was discovered, they refused to do anything to remedy the situation. It got to a point where they simply started ignoring my emails. There is a lot more to the story, but needless to say I do not recommend them at all. Money is absolutely everything to them and customer satisfaction means nothing whatsoever. Be very careful.

I have sold a few cars with Gateway of Philadelphia but unfortunately I found out that the salesman lied and pressured me to drop my prices by telling me they were getting offered less than they actually were I always thought I had good people to deal with there until I found out the truth and they then backpedal and double talk you that’s not the way you do business with a good customers. Just very disappointed and made me feel cheated out of several thousand dollars.

Where can you go and Cosign your car in NJ? No where. I love this place. They offer indoor parking, Internet Forsale Ads on many sites, Financing, And I don't have to Deal with the Buyers. And there Seller Prices are Very Fair!!!
