Estes STOLE my shed, over two dozen unanswered emails, they hang up on you when you call, blame everything on someone else, told me “not the first time, won’t be the last” & now TWO MONTHS later the second shed arrived, unannounced, again no one signed, delivered in the street rather than call or knock on the door so we could move the car out of the driveway. Horrendous customer service!!!! Horrendous!!!!

They can’t find my package, they say it’s with the “shipping agent” but couldn’t give me their info and can’t get in contact with the shipping agent themselves. First time the company I order my blades from used this company to ship me a package I am 100% recommending they don’t use them again.

I had an order delivered to my home by Estes. The previous two orders had been delivered by a FedEx tractor-trailer and I needed to be present for delivery in which they just put it curbside near my driveway.This delivery I did not need to be present although I was very concerned about the condition this 2000 lb. pallet was in sight unseen.Not only was the delivery flawless, including the outstanding communication with Estes' dispatch coordinator (Dana) but what I found when I arrived home was the pallet in pristine condition and sitting all the way up my driveway by my garage door.I would never have expected this kind of service, nor have I ever received it from other carriers. I regret not being home at the time of delivery, just so I could have tipped the driver. Thank you Estes!

So someone from headquarters called me about a job and I missed there call, I called back and left a few messages for over a week and never heard nothing from them a little unprofessional, I hope they don't do all people that fill out application like that

Order has been at their warehouse for a day which is only 20 min from my residence. I can already see that the delivery date has been pushed back a day, which I'm sure will continue due to previous reviews.

When I was expecting a Car Port from Blaine's Farm and Fleet from Janesville, WI I was told the driver would call me when they were ~30 minutes away. The first delivery did not go that way as the driver unloaded the (528 lbs) package to the wrong address and did not call me as my number was in the bill of lading. When I contacted the office I encountered Dana Machamer (definitely needs Customer Service training - IMO) who was very short with me regarding the issue.I rejected the product and the company issued a return bill of lading - again with my phone number. This time the driver called me and showed up with a 45' tractor trailer to make the pickup.Blaine's shipped me another unit (and I was assured the driver would call) and the delivery driver showed up with a box truck - fortunately I was outside and was able to direct him where to drop the package and I asked him why I never received a call. He gave me some "garbled" reason that he never calls anyone.Sounds like Customer Service Training is more broadly needed within.

I called Estes regarding a shipment that is on its way. I asked that a note be added stating that we live on a dead end street and that they can leave the delivery at the base of the driveway. We will see what happens! The customer service representative was attentive, and helpful. There was a bit of a hold, but no more than 3 minutes to get a rep on the phone.
