Very clean and the folks watching the shop were spot on with service smiles and the manners their parents sent them out into the to use smoothly and with good taste. I'd give them 12 stars but my yellow marker just quit on me. Peace.
Parking: Whole lot to have at.”
“5 stars because I love the owners and the idea of heritages. But this store has 2 people in the morning that are rude and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich when ordered was like Styrofoam. 1st time the egg was like a rock. 2nd time egg was like Styrofoam. Not sure of the process but seems pretty basic to me. Pre- made are great. Ordered have been terrible. This while the cashier and cook talk about not getting each other started because they have to do thier job. Not the experience this newly refurbished store deserves.”

Every single interaction has been positive through the years! They are ready to answer my questions and have resolved challenges with my multiple insurance plans. Always a smile ... always made to feel welcome. When my "socially challenged" neighbor needed his COVID shots I knew this Rite-Aid was the health care provider to bring him to. The staff was understanding of his fears and made him feel comfortable. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions! The store itself always seems extremely clean and the front end clerks always offer a welcome and a goodbye. My only complaint is that the store seems to be "understocked" with empty shelves or the appearance of empty shelves. I certainly hope this pharmacy never goes away as long as I live in the neighborhood. Got to close out ... time for my RSV shot.”

496 Crown Point Rd, West Deptford“I’m writing this review immediately after my experience to thank Anthony for his kindness.
After seeing someone dealing with tough times i decided to cover their order. Anthony immediately repaid that kindness after the incident by helping me find the correct charger for my phone after I of my own fault purchase the incorrect one.
Extremely small gesture on Anthony’s part, but sadly in this world it isn’t common. While the interaction may not have been the most memorable for him, it truly moved me and brought a tear to my eye after dealing with my own troubles and having a stranger just show pure kindness..
Do what you need to keep people like Anthony around because he’s going places.”
“It was a horseradish Christmas Eve quest. With our Christmas Eve party less than an hour away from beginning, we realized we were without horseradish... an essential for any holiday hot roast beef sammy. We already stopped at one local market and to our dismay, they were sold out. With other super market parking lots packed and lines extra long, we feared trying another one…there just wasn’t enough time! My fiancé entered the Jessup road Heritages with a horseradish prayer in his heart. The jolly employees informed him they were also sold out, but they refused to let us down!! Even though they were closing up soon, they still enthusiastically called their sister stores, inquiring about their horsey stock. And thank the Christmas baby Jesus, the Heritages on Delaware had one left! It was a Christmas miracle! The Heritages employees saved our Christmas. Consider us Heritages patrons for life.”
