Best customer service I've ever seen. The staff at Action are CONSISTENTLY polite, patient, and very competent. They notarized a Last Will and Testament for me this weekend that NO ONE else would help me with. Saved me about $100 and a lot of driving. Action Mailboxes is an example of a company that does their job exceptionally well. Thank you.

I needed a package delivered asap because I was leaving out of town. I walked in and a guy named Dom was extremely helpful and friendly. It was the first time I had ever sent out a package and basically helped me out so much. I also got a text from the person who I sent the package too the next day and they got it so quickly. Amazing service and have never felt so helped in my life. 10/10 would ship again ?

Similar stories as other customers. While dropping off I asked for a receipt to show I dropped off the package to Action Shipping and Mailboxes. Guy behind the counter stated “we don’t offer receipts. And I have heard this same refrain before. I guess they save the $0.01 on ink and paper because by the time the customer is done begging and pleading, they certainly do not save on employee salary. The problem is, like other customers, my package never actually went out. I check every day and that package never goes out. I don't like to call these people because all they do is argue. They argue in the store, they argue on the phone. They have never honestly done what they said. I have sent more than one fed-ex package. Luckily UPS has more outlets because this place is terrible.

Best consistently good customer service I have encountered in ten years. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. They actually smile when you come in the door. They get me in and out very quickly. I wish other businesses conducted themselves like Action Mailboxes does. Exceptional!!!

I go here all the time for all of my shipping needs! My mom is in Florida, & my son is in the Navy (so all over) & I've never had a problem. Only thing they can't do is ship to a PO Box (but let's face it, it's called a Post Office box, so I'm not surprised). Not only that my other boys go into the store to buy things all the time. My son just bought a NEW Xbox from them, traded in his old one & spent $. Something was wrong with the new one. They gave him all his $ & his old Xbox back. They are awesome & will always have our business!

I love this store! The staff is super knowledgeable about their products and are always willing to negotiate so both parties are happy with the transaction. Gotta love the father & son duo that has been in business for 30+ years.

I have been a little customer here for 5+years. I am pleased with the quality and reputation of the family business and the merchandise that they offer. I have bought used electronics with no issues regarding advertised quality and reliability. Essentially, the product is high quality, works as advertised and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fair on price. I will continue to be a customer. Inventory changes constantly so it's a good idea to check often if you are in the market for a item. I especially like buying gaming supplies here as a alternative to game stop.

I sent out a package with them. Paid 39! It got?sent back to them. I had to resend and pay another 40! How the hell does it cost 80 to send a package to Florida? They charged me twice!! I will NEVER go there again! If I knew I would be paying again I would have just went to the post office!

I was charged for FedEx End Of Day shipping in store and when I received the confirmation email I noticed they went with UPS ground. I was quoted $145.61 online for UPS Ground and they charged me $216.63 even though I’m sure they get business account rates. I called to see if they could help me out and Brian tried unsuccessfully to talk in circles and ultimately said I was beat.
