“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but they definitely deserve one. My family usually visits Cape May once a year, and It’s A Breeze has always been my favorite store to go get t-shirts for everyone. My t-shirt closet is basically an It’s A Breeze collection from over the years ? They have the best quality t-shirts and the best customer service. Unfortunately my whole family wasn’t able to go this year, but my mom was able to go. I asked her to go to It’s A Breeze for me and get me t-shirts for myself, my husband, and our 4 kids. They had one t-shirt that I’ve been wanting for a few years, but my size wasn’t in stock when we went in 2022. They had it this time when my mom went in July, so she got it for me! When she got home, she brought me my shirts. I went to put that shirt on, and I noticed a little hole at the bottom of the shirt. I reached out to It’s A Breeze through email and the manager, Dylan, responded almost immediately. I sent pictures with proof of the hole and the receipt for proof of purchase. He asked me for the size and color (a lot of their shirts come in different colors which is really cool having options) to make sure they had another in stock before moving forward. They did have one in stock, and he said he would be shipping a new one out to me at no cost to me. I’ve always told everyone that It’s A Breeze is the best, and I will forever stand by that. I can’t wait to add to my It’s A Breeze Cape May t-shirt collection for many years to come.”
“Awesome local surf shop over on Pacific not too far off the boardwalk, Abby is the owner; she makes all of her products by hand from recycled plastic bottles! I gotta say the shirts are some of the softest, most comfortable, well cut and fitting tees I've ever worn. I can speak for their durability too; had a few of the shirts in my rotation for over a year at this point and they are just as nice as when I first got em. Be sure to stop in and support this local business, you won't get anything with this kind of quality while also being hand made from any big box surf shop. ?️?”
“What a sweet store! I happenned to be in ocean city nj for the week this past summer and I looked up online to see if there were any good chocolate places around cape may. I'm so glad to go to it. So many varieties of chocolate from around the world to choose from. They even have plenty of organic chocolate to choose. Thr shop owner was very friendly, answered all my questions I'm regards to chocolate and gave me some new information about chocolate that I was not aware of. One of the chocolates that I bought was called bees which looked like a bee and contained caramel, chocolate and honey. So good and creamy! I also bought some chocolate from other countries. I will go back again this weekend to get my chocolate fill.”
“Visiting from out of town and came across this cute little store. I really loved how everything is upcycled. I bought a cute little bag and it’s my all time favorite. Definitely a place to check out!!”
“What a sweet little shop with well-appointed items from clothing to cards. The owners have great taste (or at least it’s what I really like). I specifically went there to get their version of a “Cape May” souvenir sweatshirt. It’s of their own design and in fact it’s only a moment ago that I realized it said Cape May! They also had sale items, and yes, I gave in and bought 3 items at $20 each ( a real bargain and clothes that I believe will last for some time).”
“Thos store had some of the best prices on the boardwalk! I made 3 different trips to this shop! Got a couple tshirts a hoodie and some little items like keychains and magnets! This was a really big store and they had all your vacation survivors you would need at a great price!”

“I could not be more happy with the merch I ordered. I purchased three hoodies for Christmas gifts and I am 100% satisfied with the quality, sizing and pricing. They also threw in free shipping which is nice for a small business. Also, pleasantly surprised with a handwritten thank you note in the package. Very thoughtful and exactly why I will continue to shop this small business!”

“I have not bought any clothing at Galvanic yet. Alex (the manager) has the best customer service skills I have ever seen. He makes his customers feel comfortable and he talks to them about areas to eat in the area. Alex makes his customers feel comfortable in the store. He suggests items for them to buy, but he does not tell people that they have to get something. I cannot wait to go to this store again!”
“Very friendly and helpful staff and they carry high-quality merchandise. This isn't your typical boardwalk t-shirt shop. Quite pleased overall! If they ever open an online shop, I'll be in big trouble!”
“Wonderful selection of unique casual clothing (including some long dresses which I intend to use in a more formal setting). They also have a wonderful selection of vintage reproductions. Last year I purchased a three piece lace outfit which I wore this year at my 50th Anniversary Party/Wedding Reaffirmation.
The proprietor is a lovely , welcoming lady who always makes you feel comfortable and at home.”

She was screaming at me saying what is going on why are you in my line??Like calm down didn’t know your line was closed. Another employee Alexa or Alexis which she deserved 5 stars jumped in and said I can help you come over here. She was so sweet and made up for her insane incompetent co-worker.”

They are very friendly and warm! I have been shopping there for many years now, and have become good friends! They are the best!”

“Really cute store! I loved the aesthetics and decorations! They had gorgeous dresses for prom or any other fancy event! They had some cute clothes but nothing that really caught my eye. I'd definitely recommend stopping by Victorious if you're in Cape May just to see the decor in the store, it's very girly and adorable, many sparkles! I actually googled "thrift store" in cape May and this came up, I wouldn't say it's a thrift store at all - I think the jewelry in antique though but everything else is brand new.”
“One of the nicest clothing stores in downtown Cape May, the Cotton Company offers a wide variety of beach clothes and apparel. I searched the entire street for a nice rain jacket on a stormy day and found a nice Columbia rain jacket here. Customer service was fantastic as well.”

“WILDWOOD: Five Mile Marketplace is a great shop full of clothing, bathing suits, souvenirs, sundries, and so much more, including dog outfits! Leashed and friendly dogs are allowed inside and you only have to be on the boardwalk for a minute to get to the entrance. A great spot to pickup a memento of a summer vacation, sweatshirt for a chilly night, and a great indoor space to just browse around. Use caution as all the merchandise is packed-in and walking around can get you into tight spaces. Check their Facebook page for current hours.”

“I'm kind of thrown off by some of the reviews- I've shopped here a handful of times and always had a positive experience. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help me find a style or size (even from the dressing room), and they're available to answer questions or make suggestions without being overbearing. It's usually one of my first stops as soon as we arrive in Cape May every year, and I've rarely left empty handed.”
