I was helped by a teller called Rulz who really went above and beyond to help me out with my request - which was somewhat unusual and the call center staff/online banking were unable to assist with. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

Horrible Service, they have 20 somethings reviewing legal documents and trying to set up your financial future for you- no knowledge of their working systems and not a place I would place my cash or investments with.

This well fargo "the conner" the costumer service is awful bad ....they have preferences with people ....the people they like is their friends And they are nice to them ....but the people they don't like ....they awful to them ....ones one of the CS lady refuses to help and even answer my questions because she was busy with something els...and the will ignore you if they don't like you Just like that....

The manager and the teller kept me waiting while they discussed break schedules like I wasn't even there. The actual visit went well enough, but it was extremely rude.
