Plus, dealing with him and his wonderful wife, Rita, was an amazing experience in and of itself. They were both so personable and genuine and down-to-earth. This is my first experience at a privately-owner jewelry store and I have to say that I will never again go back to buying from a corporately owned store. The customer service you get here made me a customer for life. “George is the absolute best to work with. My fiancé worked with him to find the perfect diamond with the perfect setting for my engagement ring. After that, we used George for our wedding bands. I also met with George recently for my nieces birthday gift. He went out of his way through the holiday chaos, traveling to the city, to get my nieces bracelet engraved in time for her 1st birthday. “My engagement ring prongs needed repair, I was able to get help as a walk-in quickly and for a very good price! I had been quoted much higher for a complete replacement of prongs elsewhere. Here the manager didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and did a simple repair instead, although did advise to get prong replacement in the future. I'll certainly be back for other repairs!”

But, this is the boutique I come to most often, and the assistants are great brand ambassadors here. They are knowledgeable and make me feel special each time I visit the boutique.
