NEVER send pictures to this place. I ordered a book for my mom’s birthday and it was supposed to be a same day pick up. When I went there to pick it up they said the person who works at the photos left for the day and I have to go back the next day (EVEN THOUGH I got an email saying that I could pick it up that same exact day and what time). I called them the next day (now it’s the day of my mom’s birthday) and they told me at 12:30… that they cancelled the order because their machine is broken. DIDNT TEXT, CALL, SEND AN EMAIL to let me know they cancelled my order. So I had to go scrambling to see if there was another place who can make the book. Absolutely ABSURD and RIDICULOUS. Horrible service on the photograph departments part.

A man stalked me, it made me uncomfortable. I feel ashamed for purchasing from a place that made me feel like an animal. Won’t come here again.

Just stop night cashier name Mesved he make his own rule I stop by many times no problem but tonight he doesn't work as a cashier ,managers never tell him rule®ulations poor management.

Worst customer service ever! Denied a prescription because the “refill” was too soon, when in fact it was filled last year around this time. After several phone calls, they finally approved it 24 hours later, but said that they can only deliver from 3-7pm and wanted to charge for delivery after all this back and forth.

Disgusting! Wife went to fill daughters Antibiotic prescription and the pharmacist decided to fill it after handling money and without gloves on or washing/sanitizing hands. Wife brought this up to two managers. First she is told that she is the only person to complain about it then the second manager told her RUDELY to go to another pharmacy. Absolutely abysmal.

Would not recommend this Walgreens. Cashier (Saresh?) refused to price match their own price online as he noted that is what is business manager instructed him. Have been to other Walgreens and CVS where this has never been an issue.

Do NOT get your prescriptions here. They charge $15/per and recently I switched to a different place and am paying $7.00 for BOTH! This place is a rip off, and the people seem shady… putting your card on file without permission, etc… support local, stop going to these giants who care nothing about you.

This Walgreens is absolute trash, garbage, and horrible . Clearly they don’t care about their reviews because look at their track record. I asked this girl for a product and she acted so disgusted, inconvenienced, and annoyed. I literally had to ask her can someone help me find the item? She was stocking candy, and had to stop what she was doing. I think assisting a customer takes precedence over stocking shelves. Utterly ridiculous and I will be calling to file a formal complaint about the incompetence of this girl. Maybe a nice firing will teach her a lesson on what good customer service means .

The worst customer service. Pharmacist and techs lack passion for their job. Worst attitude. Screams I don't wanna work here. It's just a miserable place to visit.

The pharmacy is incompetent. It took me 4 days to fill a routine prescription. The pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock - which is fine, but they didn't call me to tell me that, they just ignored it. So I tried calling and nobody picked up the phone. So I went in person. The pharmacist blew me off and said they don't have it so talk to my doctor and get something else. I called my doctor and she changed to something else. Again, no phone call so I called for a status update. Now they told me that they can't fill it until I physically come in and show my card (why didn't they call me to tell me this???). So I go in person and now they claim that actually, the insurance denied it - so I called my insurance and they said they never received any request from that pharmacy. Insurance tried calling the pharmacy and they didn't answer the phone (over one hour of calling). The insurance gave me a couple of ideas of mistakes that they could have been making and offered advice on things to tell them to check (I mean just think of how crazy it is that I have to correct the pharmacy's mistakes). I went back in person and gave a couple of ideas. The person at the pharmacy changed the group number to the Rx group number and it finally worked - even though she claims that now the insurance changed something to make it work (even though I watched her make the change to get it to work).

I saw the cream in the online $12 when I get to store they charge me $17 I did shoulder register this is it $12 and then he say this is online shopping and then I said this is not online Shopping you web site showing this cream have in store in this location. then register being rude to me, just be professional man, !!

Came here to deposit cash. It was busy but the staff was trying to accommodate. It’s insane how rude some customers (people) can be even though they need help. In any case the staff was still patient, apologized for the wait and kept a smile on their face. Amazing staff!!!
