My car needed Freon. These con artists at West Essex Sunoco tried telling me it needed repairs that would cost thousands of dollars instead. I took my car to the BMW dealership and they put Freon in, which fixed my A/C, rather than having repairs done from Sunoco that would cost thousands of dollars. These guys at West Essex Sunoco are dishonest, and will try to rip you off at every opportunity they see. They will try to upcharge you on everything. Moreover, they also stained my passenger seat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MERCHANTS.

Steve did an honest repair to my father-in-laws Ford Escape. The battery change is notoriously difficult because it's in the back of engine compartment. He only charged $72 labor.

Lazy, bad attitude, horrible service and on top of all they're not knowledgeable. Take it to somewhere else where they not going to change 100 parts until they find the issue! (If you're not knowledgeable on how cars work they will rob you).

The owner of this place Steve, he was not only rude to me but he is extremely rude to his employees! I would never recommend this place to any of my friends! He gave me attitude bc one of his mechanics were working on my vehicle for "too long" this is my opinion!! Not only did i take my vehicle to fix my door, upon "fixing" it they also broke the sliding door from staying open. Its just a hot mess. Never again and a rip-off

The attendants are slow, lazy if you will, and the service is not much better. Only fairly decent thing about this location is the gas price. A complete difference from other Sunoco locations.
