When I saw the.3.0 i was shocked it was so high. This bank really went downhill. It takes forever to get anything done here.

This is a very good Santander branch. The employees there are all very knowledgeable and professional. Opening up an account there was nice and easy. Pretty happy to be banking w/ them.

This bank is closed to the public as of approx 2:30 pm on 09/14/2020. A young lady was just putting a closed sign on the door when I arrived. She told me I could go to either Parsippany or Cedar Grove Branch.. I asked if they were opening tomorrow (09/15/2O29) she seemed unsure. Also told me she could not discuss the situation with customers. I called this morning (09/15/2020) around 9:30 am and did not get an answer.Will it re open? I Their web page has not been updated ... Annoying as well as puzzling.

Horrible customer service!!! I walked in to cash a check from one of their account holders and was brushed off by the lady manager who wears a turban with an Arabic name. Would not even try to help me with my issue regarding one of their customers who obviously provided a bad check. I don’t understand how she can be a manager. She was training a new employee and his face was just red! Great example!!! Sadly I could not even get her name but I Will never come back to this branch or ever consider using Santander bank for any reason. Way to provide customer service!!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I walked in to cash a check from one of their account holders and was brushed off by the lady manager who wears a turban with an Arabic name. Would not even try to help me with my issue regarding one of their customers who obviously provided a bad check. I don't understand how she can be a manager. She was training a new employee and his face was just red! Great example!!! Sadly I could not even get her name but I Will never come back to this branch or ever consider using Santander bank for any reason. Way to provide customer service!!!!!

This bank is the worst. Went there to open a checking account sat there for 30 minutes while Fran took phone calls for what I assumed was her grandchild do to her advanced age. The other woman was eating a cheeseburger as I sat there waiting for 30 minutes no other customers in the bank. Save your time bank somewhere else zero stars

I'm shocked that anyone could give this branch anything less than 5 stars. Their diligence and customer-centric focus is evident in every area, from the opening greeting to the personalized service. I go there almost every week with complex and high-maintenance requirements and they nail it every time, with a smile. Banking doesn't get any better than this.

Do your banking elsewhere - there is a certain lack of competence at this branch. I received very poor service with regards to an issue with my account. The situation went on far too long with far too little in the way of follow through at their end. I am very dissatisfied and have moved my accounts elsewhere. Really, avoid it. You can do far better and you will not experience the aggravation that I experienced.

Went in to cash my check like at do at all other santander banks. Francesca the woman at the counter took my drivers license and goverment issued id a S.W.A.C card. This mind you is the ids i use at every other location just fine. She couldnt seem to fogure it out gave me a very hard time about and kept saying since im not a card holder of Santander that this is why i cant cash my check. The chheck is a santander company check i am a union member and our company uses santander for thier banking. After her manager finally steps in the approve it the they had to sign off and make copies of my information holding up several other customers. If you have other options for santander go there do not stop here cause its a waste of time and personal dignity.
