“Came here to deposit cash. It was busy but the staff was trying to accommodate. It’s insane how rude some customers (people) can be even though they need help. In any case the staff was still patient, apologized for the wait and kept a smile on their face. Amazing staff!!!”

The whole staff is great but today Fedex lost my prescription that I seriously needed today and he helped me out with an emergency and was super kind after a stressful day on the phone dealing with FedEx. I know sometimes we wait at the counter and it’s not always easy but at the end of the day this location always makes it right and helps me out! Justin was amazing and I hope everyone there has a great holiday!”

“Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!”
