At first, I was nervous because I was looking for a place that would give me some privacy because of my religion Restrictions. Honestly I was amazed of the service and the treatment that I received.The staff and hairdressers are so friendly and their welcoming atmospheres made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. In addition their advice that they give for hair routine tips without asking. The owner of the salon is so knowledgeable of all products that they use. honestly I am so thankful with my experience and waiting for my next visit, and highly recommend Panico salon to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic service. Incredible stylist Sheila! Excellent color products. Sadly the rising costs at this salon have out priced me as I need more frequent hair color now.

I just had a (desperately needed) color (full highlights) by Rog, and haircut by Suada. They both did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on my hair!!! I look like a new person.

Best salon on the planet! Staff is warm and welcominh and Sheila does beautiful cut snd color,(as I suspect Lil does also. I traveled from Florida for cut and color at Panico west Caldwell. Happiness. thanks. I think I might move back to NJ just for this.Services: Haircut

PROS:- Fiola (a Level 2 stylist at this time) just gave my 14-year-old a haircut that my daughter said is a "10 out of 10." She took the time to understand exactly how long we wanted the shortest layer to be and did this all with a gentle and relaxed demeanor. My daughter's haircut looks beautiful.- Even when booking the appointment, the woman on the phone (I think her name was Maria?) went through all of the stylists and their corresponding levels/cost -- a great experience all around.- If you have a minor, they have a 10% weekday (I'm unsure if it includes Fridays) discount for kids.CONS:- If you use a credit card to pay for the cut, they charge you that 3% surcharge that lots of places are doing now (understandable). So just make sure you bring enough cash.Thank you so much Fiola!Service: Haircut

I came into the salon unexpectedly to have highlights added and to change the tone of the color from the day before. Everyone there went above and beyond to help get my color and highlights to the shade that I wanted it. To get tell how passionate and talented each stylist is at this salon. Fjola did a gorgeous glaze on my hair. I can't thank her and the staff enough. for the beautiful shade of blonde. Thank you Fjola for this amazing shade. It's absolutely gorgeous!

I have never given 5 stars to any business, & rarely give reviews, even though I always look up reviews of a new establisment. At Panico the entire team is fabulous, especially Fiola and Katie, who are extremely talented, and very pleasant. I am very critical, and fussy about my hair and have always gone to high end salons, and you will find that talent at Pancio in West Caldwell. Maria, the owner, is so accommodating, and provides a very warm, and relaxing atmosphere.Services: Haircut

I had a great experience here! Will definitely be going back for color and see Katie again! Today I only got a haircut (got lucky and found a same day appt) and it came out amazing. She was very friendly, as was all the staff. I highly recommend!
