This Marshalls location is great!! It’s quiet and it’s not crowded! Clean but the restroom was really really dirty! The clothing section was very good!

Worst Marshall’s to ever shop at !! I always shop at this location and every time I do it feels like I’ve been waiting in the line for over a decade. I highly recommend you guys hire more cashiers instead of having 2 people at the cashier. The old lady with glasses is extremely unprofessional and always gives people a hard time whenever she’s behind the cashier. She seriously needs to be fired. She is always talking with the other employees and wastes people time. Customers should be their number one priority, in this case she doesn’t put customers first. She takes a while to ring them up because she is always running her mouth with other employees. I highly recommend you go to another Marshall’s location to save time if you’re in a hurry.

Totally terrible the manager of West Caldwell Anthony ?,I have years of going to that store, I even have a card, I bought a suitcase that he said that I could change the lock number now it does not open I returned to help me and he now says that I have to lose my suitcase, the problem would not be to lose the money the problem is how he talks and treats customers, he has no education

Returned some stuff and they made me feel like I was a criminal. Asked for return to be funded back to my card and apparently they don’t know Apple Pay scrambles your credit card number. Cashier refused to refund me until I had explicit proof of Apple scrambling.
Marshalls: train your employees better
Managers: get with the times and understand how these systems work
Cashiers: listen to the customers; this could’ve been easily avoided

PROTEST THE COLOGNE SECTION. COLOGNE LOCKED IN CASES. BIG INCONVENIENCE. EVERYONE ACROSS NJ DO NOT BUY COLOGNES FROM MARSHALLS EVER AGAIN TILL THEY UNLOCK THE CASES.
