“I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about this company. Over 20 years ago, I purchased and installed a shower door system that arrived in the exact measurements I gave them. Fit perfectly. I had a question during the install, so I called them up. They were available and helped without any hassle. Fast forward to a few months ago, I needed 3 new rollers on the door glides, so I called customer service, and their response was "Sure. No problem. We'll send it right out." They sent more than 3. No questions on receipt. No questions on date of purchase. Nothing. Just help. Zero hassle. Then again, last week, I called and needed another part, same response, same zero hassle. “I'm doing renovations got a new born coming soon. I wanted to add heat to the basement. My contractor's great workers but not heating specialists. After 3 days of failed heat and losing heat to the baby's room I got desperate and took another plumbers advice. Super Mario said no no that's a dum idea. He literally gave me a crash course in 20 minutes. I was able to get my heat working and I added a separate zone for basement just like Mario told me to. He literally saved my renovation. “I used to just got to Home Depot for my hardware but after going to Jaeger in Verona NJ I will only use them from now on. The manager Frank is great and will help you and work with you in anyway possible. All the men and women are nice and helpful. But one employee Jason T was amazing. I had an issue with a delivery and he went above and beyond and personally took care of it. I dont care if I just need a $ 5 box of nails I will dive further just to use Jaeger. Between Frank and Jason best supply house I ever dealt with.”

They made a mistake on their end but Brian from the front desk was AWESOME and was able to borrow from some other items they had in stock to get me what i needed.
