The team at Kessler - West Caldwell-on Bloomfield Ave are very pleasant and professional. I never have had to wait for therapy. The check in process is painless. Rescheduling appointments is easy. The first time registration and patient assessment process was simple and efficient. Gay Violeta, my PT is very knowledgable and gentle. She listens to real time treatment feedback and adjusts therapy as may be necessary. I wish I had come sooner after living with shoulder pain for so long.

Gay is smart, compassionate, persistent and understanding. She selected the right exercises. and therapies to deal with my problems, all of which eliminated my pain and gave me the incentive to continue exercising and staying active.

Kessler is a great place for rehab. They maintain a spotless facility and very sensitive to Covid requirements. I noticed they wiped and sprayed everything before and after use. Very focused on safety. My last four sessions I was the only until the next appointment was scheduled. Worth going out of your way a bit to feel safe. And by the way, Gay is a great therapist. Highly recommend Kessler and her.

I arrived at Kessler for out patient physical therapy following a very serous spinal fusion operation.After a month of in home nursing , coupled with occupational and physical therapy, I was told by my operating surgeon that because of the complexity of the spinal fusion I could only walk for the next 30 days. Consequently. when I arrived at Kessler, I was really anxious to begin the " next phase of my recovery". Luckily for me, at the West Caldwell facility. I am being treated by Paul Wenzel, the Director of Physical Therapy. ( who spends morning at the flagship Kessler Institute in West Orange and afternoons at the West Caldwell Rehab Center) Paul has been a Godsend. Beside working tirelessly on my range of very limited motion, he has managed to "reel in some of my overly unrealistic expectations.". He has proven to be as accomplished at mental therapy as he is as a physical therapist. I can't begin to tell you how lucky I am to be working with Paul and am convinced that he is the perfect person to help me achieve a full recovery.

Gay Violeta, PT, is amazing! She is able to pinpoint the problem within minutes and address it efficiently. This is the only place I would go for outpatient PT.

I am on my second round at Kessler in West Caldwell. Both times I have worked with Gay. I am very happy with the care I have received on both occasions. Front desk also does a great job with scheduling and contacting insurance. I would recommend Kessler West Caldwell if you need PT.

I have been thru PT way too often in my life. Kessler in general has always been outstanding. When I had my knee replaced last year I noticed a Kessler satellite office had opened near me so I went there. (west caldwell, nj). That's when I met Gay. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and most of all LISTENS. My knee rehab went great and this one was painless!(my previous one certainly was not!)

I went to Kessler due to a back issue. Not only did their therapy eliminate my back pain, but they worked on exercises to keep this from recurring. In addition they were extremely accommodating with my busy schedule.
