I've brought Leah three dogs over the past 20 years....always very pleased with the way she grooms them. My current dog Jessie goes nuts when I tell him we are going to see Leah.......I thought dogs hated groomers. Fairly priced and wonderful results.....I'm a customer for life.

I had to write a review on Behalf of Leah & Furever Friends after reading the bad reviews she got. I was from West Caldwell so she was convenient but importantly Great at what she does. Prior to moving to Hilton Head, South Carolina, I brought both my ShihTzu's to Leah/Furever Friends for Many years. Never ever had an issue, In fact she was always professional, Friendly and importantly did an amazing Job on my babies. Can't even believe she would get a bad review at all. For anyone that reads this and chooses not to bring their Dogs here, I would say... try Forever Friend. just once, I guarantee she won't disappoint. Your babies will be in great hands and you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied after reading the negative reviews she got.

I brought in a matted, ball of fur. I think his anger issues started there. When I returned to my surprise was a sweet angelic face. What a wonderful haircut my Venom/ Vennie, received . What absolutely, caring and awesome groomers are here. Best place around West Essex.

Sadly, I went here for about two years with my two dogs. They do a nice haircut, however every time I dropped off the dogs it would take at least five hours before I was able to pick them up and by the time I got them they were so thirsty and Dehydrated and so freaked out that I knew something was just not right. In addition one of my dogs kept getting razor burn and infections on her vaginal area. I kept telling them not to shave there..but to just trim the area so she didn't get cut. Unfortunately she continued to get infections each and every time we went. Sometimes I also noticed that the nails were cut so short that she was bleeding. My girlfriend who is a groomer on Long Island told me that happens only when the blades are not clean. I changed groomers and I'm now go to Pupcakes in caldwell. My dog has never ever once had an infection or a bloody paw since going to Pupcakes. In addition, both dogs are in and out in an hour and a half and they are never thirsty or traumatized when they get home. now I realize it was 100% a problem with the groomer.

I have been taking my dogs to Furever Friends for years. Leah and Christine are extremely accommodating. My dog loves his visits. So much so he will navigate there on a walk to say hello. The hair cuts are first rate.

I brought my dog in for grooming today and after more than 4 hours when I picked her up it barely looked like she was trimmed. They shaved her face, clipped her nails, cut a few stray hairs off her belly and put perfume and a bandana on her! I do not think they trimmed her topcoat or legs. I am not impressed.
