I was referred to Dan Marc from Whirlpool for a fridge leak repair. They were responsive, professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, had great customer service, and sent a technician who went above and beyond. What more could you ask for?! Ten stars!

When I call my washing machine warranty. A phone representative said I won't be charged for anything and when the mechanic came to see my machine he charged me for services that he didn't even do.

I have had the same technician to my house 3 times for all my Whirlpool appliances. Each time I was amazed at not only the professionalism, or how knowledgeable he was but how kind and genuine he was. Consistently communicating and going above and beyond. I will continue to use them long after the warranties expire. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.
