I was in this CVS last night and I had interactions with two very pleasant and kind employees, Alquan and a female employee, at approximately 11:30pm.. They were extremely polite and very eager to help me in the photo area. ??
I love this store location and that it is open twenty four hours. ??

The automated system is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. It takes FOREVER to get to a pharmacist and then they make you leave a message anyway. Totally ridiculous to ask a question that would take less than 2 minutes to have answered.

There is nothing good about this place employees EXTREMLY rude and discriminatory especially Maria she is a bad human and is a grouch don’t come here it is inferior to the amazing cvs in Verona.

Called the pharmacy dept and spoke to Tyler very rude was not helpful at all. It's like pulling teeth. I had to provide her with my info and it's like she didn't want to ask for the information. Then she tells me the wrong insurance. I corrected her and she said yes I just corrected myself. Not sure if I want to deal with these people. I changed because they are open 24/7 but the rudeness is not right. I think I'm going back to my old cvs pharmacy

I am very impressed by the outstanding level of customer service at the West Caldwell CVS. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, product location and a pleasure to interact with. I go there very early in the morning when I walk. The store is always very clean and the atmosphere is professional.

the workers kicked me out for coming in the store when I was just looking at the stuff. The store is good but a lot of the workers are rude and will complain about you if they do not like you.

Unfavorable location, as in do not waste your time. Go anywhere else. The corporation sucks, is always out of standard Rx, has a very rude and obnoxious staff and will continually refill your meds without your consent. No thank you. Many, many mistakes are made and it is at your health cost so they can make more money. Drive the 8 minutes to ShopRite in Parsippany and see Joanne and Sam who are professional and caring

I want to start by saying my family and I have been coming here for YEARS. I never really paid attention to the horror stories. I just went thought and did my pick ups etc. Thus has now changed because you lied to my face TWICE, and you are now jeopardizing my health and WORSE the health and well being of my children.LIE #1- I arrived to pick up the medicine the urgent care had called in for my son. Even though it was late we came straight there because I wanted to give him his first dose asap. I arrived and asked for it and was told,”we have it, it will only be another 5 or 10 min”. With my son tired and miserable I waited, and waited. After 20 min I asked again…,this time it was “oh we are out of that medicine”ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You knew it and let me wait. Only after I hounded you did you tell me… unreal.LIE #2- you told me that you sent over the request on 12/1 to my dr for pre approval, except it didn’t actually get sent over until 12/5, at 9:45am.You need to do better. PERIOD

Absolutely horrendous serviced called 3x waited on hold for over 45 minutes each time to eventually be hung up on immediately once someone picked up the phone with no phone call back
