He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. “They did an amazing job on two repairs to my Tesla Model S. One was a bad scratch on the front bumper, the other was a deep dent? (imagine if someone took a screwdriver and starting screwing the center of your back bumper in). In both locations it looks like absolutely nothing happened!! “Excellent experience with the entire staff. From the owner, to the office manager to the head tech everyone was professional, prompt, and excellent in their service. I came in for a minor frame repair, and got a fair estimate. The final cost came in under the quote, and they did all the little extras that make the difference like using better screws than OEM, and liberally applying frame protection all around the job site, and related areas. “The absolute best. We've had a few minor fender benders that required repair and we only use Modern. The workmanship is top notch. We've never had any issues with repairs done by Modern. Where they really shine is their customer service. They could not make the process any easier. Everyone is polite, courteous, efficient and professional. If your insurance includes a rental, choose Enterprise. They are a short distance away, and when Modern finishes the repair of your car, drop the rental off at Modern. They get it back to Enterprise. “Found 821 for paintless dent removal and could not be happier. The receptionist is great and so are the staff. We went once and have unfortunately or fortunately (How ever you look at that) been back for PDR and traditional body work time and time again. I am a Perfectionist even OCD shall we say. The work here has been the best I have seen and I have seen a lot. They have removed dents no one else can and done it at a reasonable price. Every aspect dealing with the shop has been painless. The insurance end ,the picking up of cars, the most important (The Communication) and especially the work. We have been such frequent customers we now consider Pete our friend and trust the shop with our lives and our loved ones lives. If they tell you something take it as the final say. “My 2019 CTS-V was rear-ended at a stop light. Required replacing the trunk lid, trim and the carbon fiber splitter. Once the parts were in, was completed in a week and is literally better than new. Rear cameras perfectly aligned and PERFECT color match and paint job. This is my THIRD repair at Franks cannot imagine going anywhere else. Frank and his team are all a pleasure to work with.”
