I got a super heavy basketball hoop from Amazon that cracked my wall and endangered my kids. The seller refused to cover the shipping costs so I contacted Amazon 4 times and they told me to ship it back myself and they will make a refund for these fees. I spent 430 dollars on shipping and then Amazon refused to give me my money back. I can not believe that what Amazon is doing is legal. This is my money and I have screenshots of each conversation with Amazon representatives telling me that they will cover the costs. How is it different from any scam in the internet and how is it legal in 2024?

Went there to return a package. To return a package, you need to scan your QR code, create a label, and then handover the package to the person. Simple process, less than a minute.To note, the address is also shared by an Amazon warehouse. Follow the signs to turn left and drive around to the back for returns.

Lately the employees working here are so rude and literally non-responsive. They act like they're working for free. The handicap button has been broken for months and it's so hard to enter the building with large boxes. When will this be fixed and hire better employees..
