Had my groceries delivered to my home and was missing three items which was a substantial amount of money . Reached out to customer service .... No response. Reached out multiple times by e mail..... No response. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Poor very poor whats going on with the cashiers it's 9:15 pm and there is 1 cashier working ridiculous I won't be coming here anymore!

I usually love this walmart because of great variety but today I had a terrible experience with awful customer service. If I could rate pickup separate I would rate the Walmart overall more than one star but that's not an option. Usually for online pickup you go to the kiosk screen by customer service, enter your code, and your order is brought to you. Today, the screen wasn't working to I stood in the customer service line for well over 30 minutes even though there were only 2 people in front of me. It was finally my turn and I said hello and the employee just walked away from me! I stood there for about 5 more minutes then she came back and I told her I was waiting for pickup and she pointed me to someone else. I waited for him to finish up with another customer who was also clearly having a problem with the pickup service and then he finally came to me and asked for my order information. He walked away then came back and told me that the pickup has been changed to the other side of the store. So I walk all the way across the store and see no signs for the new location and don't know where to go. I asked the greeter and he didn't know what I was talking about so he asked a cashier who told me to go outside and walk around the building. I told an employee outside in the area my order info and he went inside and now I've been waiting for so long I've had enough time to write this review. I am so frustrated with this experience. Walmart really needs to make sure their employees know what they're doing and help customers quicker. Long story short, this walmart is good for shopping on your own, but do NOT order online unless you have over an hour to waste sitting around waiting for the employees to figure out how to do their jobs.

A kind of old "Wallyworld" but pretty decent. We got what we went for, an extension cord. COVID g lines were properly being followed.

The thing I don't like about this store is they hardly EVER have employees behind the counters. Once I waited 25 minutes (with a mask on) to get some cloth cut. Another time I waited 20 minutes to get jewelry. Both times I asked other employees to please get me some help. Most of them were rude plus I didn't get results. Once I had an employee who went above and beyond to help me. But my most usual experience has been rudeness and apathy. One more thing - don't bother calling them - they never answer the phone!

Do not rely on this store for anything. Store listed its reduced hours as closing at 8:30 PM. I drove ten miles to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy, only to find it had decided to close at 5PM for no explained reason. I have no idea when I can count on the store to be open and get my medicine.

Last night, I was supposed to have my Walmart grocery order delivered by 6pm. I get a notification at 5:51pm that my order was on it's way, at 5:55 I get a notification my order was delivered but it wasn't. I give it a few minutes and finally call Walmart pick up and delivery and I'm told my order was delivered to the wrong house. I was not happy at all. The associate who answered the phone didn't seem to know the answers and said they could refund my money. I said I don't want that, I want my groceries. To spare you the whole story, I finally gave my number so they could call me to tell how I would get my groceries. About 10 minutes later, Stacy (and I'm sorry if I spelled this wrong), the manager of delivery and pick up called me and said they were working on reshopping for my order and they would have it delivered that night. About 7:40pm she called again to say the car was on it's way to pick up my order and deliver it. Sometime between 8:30 and 9 last night with terrible rain and in the dark, Stacy herself was delivering my order! I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and how far she went to make sure I was a happy customer. You really don't find many people like that anymore but she is proof there are people still out there like that and it just makes me happy. Thank you Stacy! I really do appreciate you and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Wal-Mart usually has low prices. However, they find ways to keep nickel and dimming us through price increases as shown here..

Look its Walmart, Its cheap and your going to be here for awhile. Primarily because Walmart refuses to open cash registers. Another perfect example of retail establishments complaining they are losing revenue but refuse to open registers. Lines are long, employees are lazy, customers are rude, however prices are cheap.....

Heads up...although they say 24 hours, no returns or exchanges will be processed after 10 p.m. Then was asked why did I wait until after 10 to come in....ummm, how about you advertised that you are a 24 hour establishment, it was convenient for me/my schedule, and y'all are a publicly traded company which should have precluded asking a patron/potential stock holder that cheeky question in the first place.
