I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while and am a regular customer of Ashley’s whom I am very satisfied with. I usually have a running appointment every 6 to 7 weeks which if I feel like I need to move the appointment up I call. On quite a few occasions the person answering the phone has been very short with me if Ashley may have an opening. I can understand if she does not but the customer service skills could be a lot better. The last time I called as a matter of fact today she practically hung up on me.Services: Haircut

I called so last minute (4:30p) trying to get in the same evening and they got me in at 5:30p. Miranda was sweet and relatable and my hair cut came out PERFECT! I love this establishment but I just went for a blowout, paid full price and this is what I came out with. I understand not everyone can do curly hair but it felt like the stylist I had didn’t even try. The whole session she complained about how untamed my naturally curly hair is and just made me feel horrible. These are the pictures I took at the salon I went to immediately after bc I was so sad about how my hair turned out and needed an immediate fix. If you are to go, ask for Samantha she’s amazing. However, The stylist I had today was just very blunt and didn’t even give me a chance.
