Called ahead to make sure the filters they have listed on their website for the Airsense 11 were Resmed brand OEM filters. I was assured by whoever answered that they were.
The ones they send you are Sunset brand Airsense 11 “style” filters. I know this because it says so right on the package. It may not make much of a difference for therapy at the end of the day as these work fine, but it sure would be great to not be told incorrect information before making a purchase…

I bought my travel CPAP machine and accessories months ago and I was very pleased with my purchase and customer service received at the time. I later bought the battery pack from another company for no particular reason. They both had it for the same price. This past week my husband (Samuel Munoz) decided to get his travel CPAP machine and we decided to use CPAP shop again. When we "customized it" I added the battery back assuming it was the small compact travel size they had in their site and I made the mistake of not reading specifically what it was...I own to my mistake. We were told that we have to pay 15% re-stocking fee and shipping which we agreed to. What I did have a problem with was that the customer service lady on the phone was rude and argumentative to the point that my husband had to tell her that he did not want to argue. We each spent around $1,200 on our travel cpap machines with cpap shop but we will go elsewhere to buy the battery pack that we still need thanks to you rude customer service employee! UPDATE On 8/12/24 my husband received a call from the CPAP Shop supervisor inquiring about the conversation with the customer service representative and she said that they had addressed the issue with her and they will issue a full refund. We will update once the process is completed.

Purchased a mask and headgear from this company, fast delivery and product was new. unfortunatley the mask was leaking to much and had to return it, they let me keep the mask and issued a full return for me and saved me the hassle of mailing it back! i will definitely be doing business with them again.

I highly recommend The CPAP Shop! Their prices are fair and they provide outstanding customer service! I recently ordered a head strap that was the wrong size and I contacted Debbie who immediately sent me the correct size without any hesitation or me needing to submit another order!! Thank you!!!

I reached out on the website chat feature on June 15th saying that the items that I received in my order were wrong. I had supplied pictures of the wrong items I received along with my packing slip that had my name and the items that I ordered. I was advised at that time to put the package back in the mail with a note saying return to sender. I had also asked to see if my order could be shipped right away and expedited as I am in need of my supplies. The person on the chat feature understood that this was an error on your side and did not see any reason that their manager would not approve the expedited shipping. They were also supposed to email and\or text me the status of the new order.
A few days after placing the package in the mail with the note saying return to sender, it was redelivered to our house saying that per USPS policy, once a item has been opened, we can no longer use the return to sender service. I reached out and left a message on the chat feature on the 22nd of June, stating that I needed a return label sent to me so I can ship back your supplies back to you and ask for a status and also use the call back feature to request a call back. As of today I still do not have any response from your company.
I emailed the above information today and have not received a response.
I have ordered several items over the past few years without a hiccup, and understand mistakes happen, but own up to the mistakes and try and make them right.
6/27/24 update
Brittany reached out to me via phone and email and apologized for the issue that I was having and got me what I needed. I was promptly emailed a return label and my correct items where shipped next day air and received them by noon today. I appreciate the help, just wished it would have been handled like this right away.

I've bought all my supplies & cpap machines from cpapshop since 2015 and have always had great experiences. Once I had a small issue and it was so easy to get ahold of customer service and they addressed it right away. Super happy customer, thank you!

I was in need of a new CPAP mask as mine had broken. I was leaving town for a few weeks with no way to source a new mask on the road. My insurance provider was of NO help at all .I called The CPAP Shop and spoke with Krista. She immediately put me at ease and began searching for a way to get me a mask. She spoke with her supervisor to see if they could overnight me a mask in time for my departure the next morning (Saturday). Then we discovered I was only about an hour and a half drive away for their store. I told her I would drive. She put me on hold and called down to the store to ensure they had the correct mask in stock. They did. She then coordinated with Kait to put a mask aside for me. I arrived, met Kait, secured my mask and was on my way. Kait took the time to explain and answer some more of my questions...she was a wealth of knowledge and I walked out of the store knowing waaaaay more than when I came in!!
AWESOME job by both Krista and Kait. In my opinion, they both above and beyond in getting back on my sleep therapy. Everyone else simply said, "sorry, we can't help you".

My wife's cpap broke earlier this week, and I came across the CPAP Shop's website while looking for a replacement. I had some difficulty placing the order online, but when I called their number, their associate was extremely helpful at getting the order placed over the phone and shipped out in time for next day delivery.
