“I use this location every 3 months and I always receive excellent customer service here. I like this location because this is where all of the other locations packages get sent out at the end of the day from. Cutoff time here is 8pm for packages to go out. The other locations are 5pm then they are sent here and leave out for the day.”
“Super convenient. Easy drop off. Rating a 4 because they are literally never open on time. I've sat in my car waiting to drop off packages many times at "opening time" only to wait at least 20 minutes for them to get there to open. Do not go at 9.”

“I absolutely love qwik pack and ship. I had been going for years. But this last visit really blew my mind. I shipped a package later to see it was the wrong address. I called just before closing, to explain what happened. The young man was quick to respond and track my package to get returned.He was able to do just that, but for the next day. The next day, sherry called informing that they had in fact received it and was ready for the right address. After completing, she sent me the label via personal. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. . Qwik, efficient and friendly. I will continue to deal with them. Great people.”

“Today I encountered the best customer service at this Staples today, 9.2.2023. The employee's name is Austin. He approached me and asked me two questions.1. Have you found what you are looking for? 2. Can I help you in any way?I replied, “NO and YES”Austin then says, “Let me help make both of those answers yes.”Can I just say, that I have never met anyone with such patience, knowledge, and passion for their job? Austin made sure both of my answers were yes before I left Staples today. I was able to find the perfect office chair to fill my needs and fit perfectly for me. Not once did Austin rush me nor did he look bothered. He appeared to listen to all my needs and concerns and met each of them. Austin also offered me their 5 year warranty and the assembly package (which I purchased) I am a satisfied customer and will be visiting regularly due to this experience. Staples, we need more of Austin at your store. It's not about quantity, it's about quality, and Austin showed quality customer service to me.”

“Matt in the printing department is the best. Very good customer service. I made some certificates for my company and Matt was able to print them for me and they came out beautiful. He was able to edit it as well and remove one imperfection. 100% recommend this Staples.”

“My favorite Post Office in the area! While it may not have a 24/7 lobby with a shipping kiosk and dropbox for packages, the ladies who work here are wonderful! I really like that it's small and never crowded, unlike the USPS on Centennial Blvd in Voorhees. Plus, the staff in Gibbsboro are always pleasant and you never feel rushed! IF you need all of the bells and whistles, go to the USPS in Voorhees, but if you just want to get in and out quickly to mail letters or a package, get stamps, or check your P.O. Box, this is where to go!”

“This little post office is a true gem of the township. Locals are adoring the old world charm of it, but mostly the Postmaster is the soul of it. He greets neighbors by name, he is taking his time to serve clients and has a good word to everyone. It's truly a pleasure to do business there.”
“Took my friend’s package to be mailed. It was going to England but the person that took care of me sent to Canada instead so now my friend will not get it till after Christmas cause of the of this person’s mistake. Never had a problem like this before.”
