“Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”

“I really like this Jockey store, and the folks working there were super helpful on a visit a few months back. I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt.I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it.Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.”

“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”

“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “Went in to get a pair of UGGs for my daughter today which were sold out everywhere so I didn’t expect them to have the shoe in stock and have to wait 3-5 for a shipment to come in. But low and behold the very nice lady (Guinnetta) caught me at the door help me from start to finish she was terriffic, I was in and out 5 mins flat ”

“I brought my wife an hour and a half to the boot barn, and they literally had only two pairs of cowboy boots in her size 5. But the young lady there who was laser focused on customer service fitted her with a pair size 3 in the kids department, which fit perfect and my wife was very happy with. It didn’t get five stars because of the lack of inventory for women’s size 5 so if you find yourself looking for a pair of cowgirl boots in size 5, I suggest you call before you go.”

“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.”
