We had an appointment with Bill at 6:00pm. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment, waited 20 minutes to be told it was going to be another 15 minutes. No regard for the customer and the front desk agent was not helpful either and didn’t care that we did not want to continue waiting or reschedule with this location. No apologies or anything. Absolutely terrible customer service.
