Mo was immensely helpful when I needed a particular game after searching several different stores for it. This store is also very well kept. Everything is clean, organized, and very welcoming.

Derek was awesome. I traded in my PS4 for a PS5. He recommended some of his favorite games and helped me get discounts wherever I could. When I got home and hooked up the PS5, I was having HDR issues and the picture kept skipping. I called him several times and he walked me through some possible issues and finally by switching the HDMI cord to another one, we were all good. I didn’t think I had a long enough cord, but he said he has one for me if I need it and he will hold it for me. He was awesome the whole time. Really appreciated his help all day. Best GameStop I have been to

An associate here gave me a weird vibe. I wouldn't call it rude but almost being a smart Alec? I was greeted by her and she asked me if I needed anything. I told her I was just browsing around. She said "fair enough" and finished with her customer. I walked around got a game or two. And then I asked her when it was my turn, do you have the switch with the joycons available? Her response was, "All switches come with joycons.." I didn't want to get the nintendo switch lite, that's why I had said joycons. And also then said that they only carried one in stock which was pokemon or Zelda themed, I forgot. But it was just a weird response to hear tbh. Maybe I misread the tone... But it sure seemed that way.

One of my favorite Gamestops, the staff are nice and the store is always clean, neat and organized. The selection of specialty items here are good too, like t-shirts, plushies, collectables & toys.

Got 2 used games for the price 1 would have cost digitally...found both games with ease, Ghost of Tsushima and Cyberpunk 2077! Awesome

Had no issues. Cashier was a great guy. Helped me find everything instantly. Store was clean, everything neatly organized. Forget the cashiers name, young man with glasses. Found the last Five Nights at Freddy's plush.
