This is my go to shop for my 2001 BMW 330Ci. The mechanics are knowledgeable and pleasant. The office staff are knowledgeable and pleasant as well! They don't mind explaining issues to you about your vehicle or repairs that have been done.
I had a complete diagnostic done with a scan...plus was able to note things I would like to be focused on, and it was a great experience. They have made me feel good in considering this shop for my repairs, etc.

Kyle and his team are professional and fair in price. Quick turn around on my bearing replacement, new tires + alignment. They checked my car thoroughly disclosing any internal codes that I need to look into further at the dealership. Overall awesome experience!

They truly are a quality auto shop and do fair and honest work. They don't just change your oil, they do a full car check up. They work with you and are honest and upfront about all services they provide. They have done all kinds of services on my jeep and each time have done a great job!As a female, they never once made me feel stupid or have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. Instead, they take the time to educate me about my car and the work being done.Kyle, Jeff and their staff are very friendly and helpful! Took my 2005 F150 supercrew 4.6 V8 triton in earlier in 2021 to have things fixed and 1 side front control arm with grea sable bushings replaced. Took it back to have other side done in February of 2022 along with some engine maintenance and have remote start put in by the owners son which he did a great job and highly recommend him…..been in W Berlin since 2013 and wish I knew of this place , I would have started going then. When they get your car for the 1st they do complete inspection of it and fix what you came in for and also tell you what it needs or should get. Totally up to you. I will keep this place for as along as own my truck…Mike Sabo the technician , thank you very much…great work. It feels and runs great again.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I've been using Full Circle since I purchased my Oldie but Goody SLK230. They are the best. They NEVER have tried to rip me off because I'm female and they do top quality work!
