This place used to be great. My cloths come back with stains on them, that weren’t there before. They say alterations will be done in 3 days, I came back in 5 and still not finished… I’ve been going here for years and recently the service and quality of work is TRASH.

We should be allowed to rate 0..horrible service from first day..woman at register was ignorant to the stores advertising. When I went to pick up 3 altered pants I asked for the advertised 50% off for first time customers..she told me her boss was the only person that could do it ..when I asked her when her boss would be in she ignored me and proceeded to take care of another customer..I repeatedly asked when her boss would be in and she ignored me..she then got on her phone and called her boss and spoke Spanish to her about me..not realizing I am Hispanic she was shocked to hear me respond in kind..end of it they did not honor their advertisement..I paid $50 she then left me to retrieve my garments from the other end of counter..shame!

DO NOT GO HERE! My clothes were ruined by EZ Cleaners & Tailoring. They did not even dry clean my clothes, they washed and put them in a dryer. My clothes were returned with their threads pulled, shrunken, and with stains (that were not there in the first place!). I wish I would have listened to the other 1 star reviewers because the low cost of this service is not worth the damage, they do.

I got a dress altered here and it came out great! They did it really quickly and for a great price. The lady was also super sweet and wanted to make sure it fit me perfectly

The Staff/Owner is amazing! I needed last minute alterations and called around with no luck. Finally I called EZ Cleaners and they were willing to help me. I am very picky when it comes to how my clothes look and fit. My pants came out amazing! I couldn't even tell that they had cut my pants open, that's how neat the stitching was. Not only was it neat but they finished my alterations quickly. EZ Cleaners, you saved my day and my pants looked great for my event. THANK YOU!!Services: Pants alterations

Iv'e been coming to this cleaner for years. Even though we moved about 20 minutes away a few years ago, we still come here for our dry cleaning and alterations. The owner is the sweetest woman on earth who always greets us with a smile and pleasant conversation. She is amazing with alterations, timely, and ALWAYS gives a great price. I refer all my friends and family here as the service cant be beat even if it means going a town or two over. Worth the trip for the incredible service and great prices! We love it here!!
