Took my step daughter in to get her hair fixed. She has dark hair and decided to go "blonde" with a bottle at home - Well, that was a disaster! She had ORANGE hair when done. Made an appointment with Laurie (I hope I am spelling that correctly) and thank goodness, she corrected. Laurie fixed her hair back to her natural brown color and framed her face with soft highlights. Trimmed and did a beautiful blowout. Laurie could not have been nicer; we sprung this on her. The appointment was made for highlights and the disaster happened the night before. When we went in, I said " This happened last night, can you fix this?" - She was great - she said absolutely and did an awesome job! Overall, very happy with the service!

Cheryl and Melissa are two of the best in the business they will always cut and shape your hair the way that you ask them to and this is a big plus for me the prices are very reasonable. As for tips you must bring cash with you as they do not allow tips on the credit cards which i do not mind at all. Salon Loyale = Great place Great Staff and Great service and this is why i have come here for the last 15 years.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I get a great haircut and service at Salon Loyale..all the stylist are very good at what they do but Marilyn is my favorite. Either way no matter who takes care of me they all..Bring my sexy back for this old man!

Well I received a gift card for there to get my hair trimmed and highlighted. The haircut was great but you could barely see my highlights. I should have had bleach in it but she didn't think it would be good. Well I went back the next day to give her a bigger tip, yes I'm too nice, but she wasn't there. Now another lady who's been there along time told me the same thing that you can't see it and she would have added bleach. It got a little lighter from the sun too but not like it should have and gone already. Otherwise it was nice, clean and friendly workers. I'd go again but I'd go to the lady who agreed with me. $65 to for partial highlights I should have been able to see them.

Nice staff but Ashley cut my hair and it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life I genuinely have to go somewhere else to fix it because it was so sloppy and so rushed I was speechless my neck is literally cut up from her being incredibly rough with the razor I can understand if you are more used to cutting a certain style of hair but if you aren’t comfortable or good at it don’t attempt it please Ashley you need to work on taking your time if your not confident I look terrible and you can’t even lie to me I’m thinking about shaving my head no exaggeration the sheer lack of effort was astonishing most rushed thing I ever saw you couldn’t even cut me at eye level my haircut is terribly uneven and I’m just so disappointed not mad just disappointed bc I really do look like so so bad and I’ve been to so many other people in there and they always do a great job and you had to lean over me because you didn’t even bother to pump up my chair I always go to salon loyale because you give great haircuts but please beware if Ashley she’s not committed to her craft ps my head immediately stared itching after my haircut and has not stopped after showering twice I’m concerned I may have gotten something I love this place but I’m traumatized and don’t think I could ever go back Ashley was really nice but just not great at cutting hair I would add a picture but I’m genuinely to embarrassed because I don’t want strangers to even see my hair go there great place but I’m sorry Ashley this just isn’t ur thing just avoid it I’m sure ur great at long hair tho like Ik you were doing your best and I’m not mad at you just don’t do that to other people it’s wrong ??Service: Haircut
