Custom Cleaners are the absolute best! I dropped off a suit on short notice and they were able to have it cleaned and ready for me within two days. I also highly appreciate the owner staying past closing hours after unforeseen circumstances caused me to run behind. Fair prices, great management, and amazing communication! I have been going here for many years, and would even think about going anywhere else. Mr and Ms Kim are awesome! Clothes are always impeccable, and always remembers my special requests. And Ms Kim is a master seamstress. I’d highly recommend you try them - you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing work! NEVER had a problem in the years we've gone here. The owner always goes above and beyond! Services are done with pride and quality, and prices have always been reasonable. Always get my stuff back in a timely manner and they are very accommodating. Love this place!

My family has gone to Custom Cleaners for years and we will be lifetime customers. Ms. Kim is not only the sweetest woman you will ever meet but she is a MASTER of her craft! This is the BEST dry cleaners in the area! She is so thorough and the only person we trust with our things. There's nothing she can't do! When you come here you are getting QUALITY work with fabulous customer service!!

Did not have my clothes ready at the stated time and day. Even called to confirm that I could pick it up prior to arriving. Unapologetic about the mishap. Not the greatest experience.

I have been searching for a really good, caring and responsible dry cleaners ever since I came to this community. The ones I had been directed to all seemed to have an "attitude" and frankly that is a huge turnoff. I know some folks like to get sneared at when they go to do business with people but I want the smiles and kind conversation that the owners of CUSTOM CLEANERS offer. This is a classic dry cleaning establishment. It has that 20th century feel here in the 21st century but if I am going to get my clothes professionally cleaned I like the care from the past rather than the rush and push of the new. I loved the fact that the owner took an interest in the shirt I was wearing from Liberia. She asked me about the mission work of my church with that African nation ... she was willing to engage with me in conversation before we both went back to our days. The cleaning and pressing work SUPERB ... the good neighbor feel from both owners when I dropped off my clothes and picked them up was heart warming. I will be back!!!

Brought 2 coats in Sept. to be cleaned and also to have my buttons tightened up, but found out later that she lost the buttons. Came back again because she needed time to find more buttons. Just picked up today NOVEMBER 16!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!! She took the buttons on my sleeves, so my coat looks unfinished!! Would NOT recommend!

Excellent. They take such good care of my clothes. they take out the toughest stains and if I have a buttom missing or a loose hem they fix it for me for free. But I have been taking my clothes her for years. They even give me a senior discount.
