“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

“This is by far my favorite branch to visit. I have other branches that I’m closer to but i love all the staff here so I rather come to this location. Everyone is so helpful and go above and beyond do to their job. As lunar new year is approaching I went in to get some bills and ask for new bills. Unfortunately they no longer give out new bills but the rep was willing to go thru the bills to pick out the nicer and clean ones for me.
