This place has gone way downhill since the pandemic. I took my car, got the basic wash. There was still dirt on my outside windows and exterior after going through the wash. The actual car wash is dilapidated inside and everything looks dirty. If I am going to pay $16-20 for a basic wash which is crazy, then my car better at least be cleaned. That is really the basic expectation at a car wash, correct? This was not a one off either. It has been the last couple times I have gone to this place. Feel bad but never again though.

Never again! I took my vehicle there after a recent snowstorm to get the salt off the exterior and have the interior vacuumed. I purchased the basic service which was $20. Someone did a very abbreviated pass with a vacuum hose first and after it came out from the wash, the crew did a quick wipe down. It looked worse than when I brought it in. The interior wasn't really vacuumed with any degree of attention and I had to rewash all the soap off the exterior. I think I still would have been upset even if I only paid $10! Like I said - never again... I wouldn't even give this a one-star but that's the only way to get it to post.

~ This has become one of the worst car washes in the area.
~ $18 for the LOWEST LEVEL WASH...(and they circulate a $2 off coupon -- gee thanks).
~ Your vehicle comes out with a dirty trunk & dirty rocker panels (under the doors)...
~ 4 people drying your car off, YET, your car is STILL WET with the filth & grime STILL on your trunk & rocker panels.
~ If I could give ZERO STARS, I would.

All the repairs most of been repaired. According to face book it was trashed. Car could of been cleaner, but did the job for the price.

Switched to auto shine a couple months ago and I just have to say that they do such a better job then my last car wash. Very friendly and my car looks great. Thanks auto shine.

Paid to be ripped off. Went there today & it looked like a child cleaned it. The coffee spills on console, dirt marks on door rests, spilled coffee on hatch-back mat were all still there & crumbs not vacuumed off seats. They didn't even pull the mats out & clean them off... so what exactly did we pay for??
There was even a heavier line of dirt on back bumper that never came off either & no one bothered to remove it with their rag while drying it.
And to top it off, they put tire shine on with a paint brush & didn't even wipe the excess off with a rag... so guess what is all over the sides of my car now??
Will not be back.
