This is the absolute worst place to sell jewelry, by the way they totally rip you off, I went to pawn my necklace, they say that they do not pawn jewelry anymore(which questions me on why it's named and labeled as a pawnshop), so I wanted to sell it, I chose to do so, and all I was going to get is $80 for it, I went around to check on my other options, I got $320-$400 for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and they are dishonest. On their website they advertise how they will offer a "honest appraisal based on current market value" I call Bull! I wanted to sell a gold necklace. 14k, weighted about 29 grams. After looking around online I found their local shop. So I took it to them, and they offered $450. However, I had also done my research and found that at current price of gold the item was worth about $33 per gram. I told them that they were offering just half of that. The lady said that I was calculating it wrong, and to either take it or leave. I simply smiled, took my jewelry and left. I then walked just two stores over and entered another jewelry. I was made a much more honest offer of $875. Just stay away.
