This place is horrible! We have been going here for a couple years unfortunately, because we live really close, but we will never go there again. So many problems almost every time we go. The guy is so unorganized but always wants to blame us. He writes scribble on paper tickets and then gets angry and can’t find the clothes if you happen to not bring the ticket. We have had multiple items ruined with burns and a few shirts torn, of course not his fault tho according to him lol. The final straw was today when my wife, with our newborn son, was there for pickup and she asked if he could check on an old ticket that she found. Even though she was a paying customer, he had no time to consider helping look for an old item, raised his voice, argued with her, called her a problem customer, then ignored her to attend to the next person.
Just look at the history of reviews. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I have been a customer of VIP Cleaners for almost 10 years, and have only experienced the most professional and caring customer service. The owner Michael and his wife Grace, who assists with alterations, are top notch at what they do. Michael is wonderfully detail-oriented, and is consistently committed to delivering the best outcomes for my clothes. In nearly 10 years time, I have never experienced a missing or damaged clothing item with VIP Cleaners, which says a lot about how much they value their customers. I completely trust Michael with my clothing articles, and would never go anywhere else! I feel very lucky to have his caring, meticulous demeanor as one of our small business owners in our community.

DO NOT GO! The man behind counter pointed his knife at me and my husband. He ruined my very expensive Fur coat and said its not his but manufacturer fault and when we confronted him, he became rude and it came to the point of him pointing his knife at us. He then proceed to push me with his finger at which point we left the store. I will be filing a small claims court lawsuit against this establishment. If you have had a bad experience here with your dry cleaning contact me.

This business is red flagged. the guy doesnt want to be responsible for the clothes he burns and ruin. he lies that "he did not see he burnt the shirt", well he ll be keeping his eyes wide open when he loses his licenseService: Special care fabric cleaning

The gentleman at the front desk has no bed side manners ( very rude) and yells when he tries to explain himself. I told him numerous times please stop yelling but he continued to due so. Nor can you get a word in edgewise, and continually gaslighted me during our entire conversation. BE CAREFUL!!If I can give him a “ -0” stars he absolutely deserves it!!Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

Michael is always respectful, customer oriented, and coming here is great! It's more expensive than the cleaners on Kennedy and 22nd (or 21st?), but this place is SO worth it. No complaints!

Awesome cleaning and customer service. They emergency cleaned my suit in 24hrs when no one in the area could. I haven't gone there since 1993. Moved out of neighborhood. They preserved my wife's dress and it still looks good. After trying everyone in my hood. I thought about them, drove out of my way, but we'll worth it. And I looked good for the wedding. Thanks

They burned my fur collar and hid it. I had to throw that out. Stay away from this place especially with fur things.
