Cero stars or below is what you people deserve. I mailed my wedding invitations and everyone received them, except from my guests from Weehawken. If you want me to pay extra that is fine, but be mindful where you glue your nasty ugly stickers in a wedding envelope that cost a lot of money and also that is important to someone. I couldn’t remove your sticker without removing the whole address of my guest. I had to deliver in person the invitations. Awful service!!!

Do not trust the hours posted here. The clerk here will show up when she wants to show up.
Also they don't take packages. As soon as she saw my box, she was like "NOPE NOT TAKING IT. TAKE IT DOWN TO UNION CITY"

While I’m glad there have been some much needed staffing changes, they still need to actually OPEN to be helpful.
Customers and employees lined up outside two hours before the posted opening time. Second time in two weeks that’s happened.

The lady that works there is such an airhead and super slow. Opens at whatever time she feels like. She really tried to charge me for a simple envelope when it’s free everywhere. Ridiculous.

I don't know how they still haven't fired that lady who works there (of Indian origin), she treats people badly, yelling at them and on top of that today I went to send two packages in envelope format and she made me wait 30 minutes for her to tell me that she won't send them to send because it is very complicated.

How sad that woman I wish I didn't give any stars but the attitude she has is horrible I lost my day in that office just so she didn't want to look for my package and now I have to go back because it's Ai ?because no one reads the comments and does something about it Don't fire her, that's fine, but at least give her attitude classes for clients.

Morons here like to adjust flats in manila envelopes to packages if weight is off and then try to charge the customers inflated rates. These idiots need to learn what a flat is, same with ebay standard mail. It's like they were trained by the biden admin or something.
