I will not recommend this building at all. As same as other residents reported here, the xx27 line has big elevator noise issue and Air conditioner noise issue. I requested them to come several times to fix it and it was never fixed. Because of the noise issue is extreme and we did not see their attempt to fix it (they even told me that they never heard that before), my parents and I had to leave after suffering two months. It was a torture for us. After I told them I left and turned in all the keys and so on, they just kept collecting rents and utilities from me and pretend that I still live there for 10 months. Right now, my lawyer and I are in the law process. I am all in fighting for my own rights.
The management team just ignores you all the time. Before signing the lease, they told me that I will get a EV charge spot if I change to Tesla. But when I moved in, they told me that they do not have the spot. Until I left, I did not get the spot.

The amenities are decent and it's a quiet building which I really like. You can easily commute to NYC through ferry/bus in 15/20 min.
The management is not very organized, maybe they are understaffed. You could get different answers from different people. I had water leak issues in my apartment recently, and I spent quite some time working with management, maintenance, and insurance to finally resolve everything. It was frustrating but in the end, we resolved it.

Amenities, mostly friendly concierge and responsive maintenance staff makes RiverParc a desirable place to live. The golf simulator does not often work and to fix the issue takes a long time.

terrible facility management. Was told there will be guest parking, then I see guests with guests parking pass expiring 2026-2 years long. I saw multiple people with parking without any guest parking pass, no regulation what so ever. Couldn't get a guest to park there cause someone took the gate card.
Pool never open on time cause the life guard never there on the time.
This place offers all these amenities to attract people and can't use it cause they don't regulate the policies or people who is managing it. Get it together.

Attention, crooks and thieves! The first time I came to the RiverParc office was on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 and negotiated with a man named Jerome Miller. He assured me verbally that on Monday, August 21, I would stop by the apartment on the 7th floor of the complex. He said that I had to pay $ 1,130, gave me to sign the contract, said that since I am a student, I need to have three times the base rental rate on the account (further in the correspondence he confirms that the base rental rate is $ 3,700 and I need to have 3 times more). On this day, at a meeting on Tuesday, August 15, he said that it was enough to open a savings deposit to rent an apartment. I clarified that I am a student and I have money in a foreign bank and that I will be able to pay immediately for the entire rental period, since I planned to rent an apartment only for 5 months. He said he just needed to open a savings deposit and I could come by on Monday. I opened a savings account on Wednesday, August 16 and immediately sent the documents to Jerome. Then I wrote to him every day and asked what else I needed to do, since he promised me that I would come by on Monday, August 21. But Jerome didn't answer anything until I started calling him myself, even though I don't speak English well. As a result, only on Sunday, August 20, He told me that I should take a statement from a savings account with the balance. On the phone, he said that as soon as I send the statement, I will be able to stop by within one day. I take the statement and send it right away on Monday around 12 o'clock in the afternoon. There were more than 3 monthly payments. On the evening of August 21, Jerome reports that there should be 130 thousand dollars. At the same time, I rent an apartment only for 5 months. Thus, on the day when I came for the first time on August 15, the essential terms of the transaction were hidden from me. Knowing that the apartment would not be rented to me, Jerome misled me, hid important conditions and cheated me out of $1,130. Of course, my English level did not allow me to read the contract written in small letters and understand that I was being deceived. Of course, if he had said that I should have $130,000 to rent an apartment for 5 months, I wouldn't even have contacted them, but he tricked me into deceiving me while simply ignoring me for a week. Thus, Jerome Miller substituted concepts and applied a fraudulent scheme. He has not answered me all week since August 15, although he promised that I would come by on Monday August 21. Thus, I categorically do not recommend contacting these people, as they are unscrupulous and they will simply write off money from you promising that you will be able to settle in these apartments

My wife and I have been here since the beginning of August 2023 and the experience has been amazing. The view is fantastic, the staff is very helpful and Michelle from the management office team was extremely kind and helpful when she supported us. The convenience of having public transportation to go to the city is a point to highlight.

Philip helped us touring different units to figure out our needs and also very responsive during the application process. I would have ended up giving up this process without his help and updates. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

RiverParc. What can you say? I lived at Rivers Edge (next door) for 3 years, and moved to TiverParc when I downsized. The apartments are newer, and honestly a bit nicer than Rivers Edge. The staff is great, and the location is really fantastic.

I lived here for 14 months and I would never recommend this building to anyone. First off, security was a huge concern of mine and was expressed profusely upon me touring the building. I was told over and over that each guest is to be stopped at the door man / woman and the apartment renter would be called and notified of who was downstairs waiting. This happened maybe twice in my 14 months of living here. There were people who would just pop up at my door. Unknown people wandering my floor. This happened to the point where I had to attach a ring camera to my front door because I felt so uncomfortable. To add, the doormen/ door women were rude, unkind, and always had a bad attitude. Management is horrible and I have sent emails 3 months ago that I am still waiting for responses. My security deposit was sent back after the 30 day mark. For how much you are paying for a high end building- please take my advice and pay the extra $100-$200 a month to stay in one of the other buildings in Port Imperial.

Amazing apartment. We lived here for almost 3 years now and no complaint. We've never had any delays with maintenance or parking lots. If you've read some comments below, those who gave below 3 stars clearly does not belong in an apartment community with SHARED amenities. Way too sensitive to be living in the building with bunch of others. If they want a luxurious living where dog relief area is not close to a human contact, no druggies in the apartment, this place isn't for you. Maybe New York/New Jersey apartments aren't for them at all.

Since I wrote my first review, the property management and maintenance team have changed. I am hoping the new management takes into account the service gaps at RiverParc and makes improvement. Hopefully, the new management will also care to look into the extremely risky front desk service where the staff would not pick up the phone for hours, would not respond to email instructions, doesn't check any voicemails and above all disappears for extended periods while the residents are waiting at the desk for their packages or if there is an emergency they have no one to contact onsite. There is no decorum followed by the front desk. In addition, when new front desk attendant provides any coverage, residents are asked to go and check our logged packages in the backroom ourselves. During my first few weeks, a young woman was found unconscious in the hallway, I called the paramedics and law enforcement as I could not rely on the front desk. Even the cops were calling me to give them access to the building as the front desk person left the desk and the cops had no way to enter locked doors. Hopefully, someone in the new management would care to look into a major overhaul. Residents require better service.

Lived in this building over 6months-Noise: if you live near courtyard side, it could be louder but so far, this building is super silent. Sometimes if big dogs bark, I can hear the sound but otherwise you cannot hear anysound from other units if you fully close the door. (btw this building is dog friendly)-Management: Before we move-in, we were worried about this part..what if they don’t fix it on time. Now we don’t worry about it at all. If it is not an urgent issue, they don’t come fast but for sure, they WILL COME. I asked many things so far and the guy (forgot name…) is always super nice. The new manager, she is super nice and we love her as much as the old guy before.
