I’ve been a patient since they opened. I liked how I was treated and they used to be very helpful.Lately, they’ve made a lot of mistakes. Last month, I didn’t get a very important medication filled (as usual for the past year), even though it had a refill left. I can’t miss even 1 day, I missed 2 days and had to call myself due to their error. I’ve also been trying to fill another one since January 2nd and after wasting over 3 hours and over 6 calls between them, my doctor, and my insurance, I was told by the insurance company that the mistake was on the pharmacy’s end when sending the request because it is in fact covered in my plan.I spoke to the owner Wendy and she was incredibly rude to my surprise since she has been helpful and professional in the past. When I calmly but frustratedly told her I’ve been a patient for 15 years and was disappointed with all these mistakes and the horrible customer service I’ve received lately, she cut me off to correct me that they’ve been open for only 10 years, I found her tone rude an unprofessional. That was my last straw, if this is how the owner is treating loyal customers for a valid concern/ complaint, I am immediately switching pharmacies. I’m not sure if she is having personal issues or work issues but this kind of service from the owner is so off-putting. Extremely, extremely rude and messy pharmacy, if you want a huge headache, go to them.I am now at Anthony’s pharmacy and they have been an absolute dream to work with. Such easy, pleasant, and professional treatment.Wendy and staff: please do better. I am highly considering filing a complaint with the better business bureau.Edit:I appreciate the response but I did not ask for you to change any prescriptions. My issue was with my prescription getting declined after several calls and my insurance confirming it was the pharmacy's error by not submitting the request the same as the last time it was covered and filled (by you).Regarding changing the prescription, I was pretty clear that I would call my doctor and do that myself. Please do not try to excuse yourself with false information.I also asked to cancel all FUTURE prescriptions not the ones that were already there, but no worries Anthony’s Pharmacy was very helpful and I already picked them up.

Omg ! I stumbled on a neighborhood jewel , in the past I have always used retail pharmacies, but I decided to try out a little local pharmacy and had the best experience ?? the whole staff is so helpful and will go above and beyond for you . Not only they fixed my insurance problem , when I got my medication I had a detailed and very helpful explanation about it . Also if you need your medication and you sick or not able to pick it up they will deliver to you ! The best service !! 5+

This is the best local pharmacy I have ever had in all the Tri-State area. Lucky to live near them.Very very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people and super professional.Thanks so much.(I had wisdom teeth pulled and they stayed open til the last second for me to get to them. They are super super reliable always:-)???

I've been in contact with this pharmacy trying to obtain my medication and the staff here truly care about your health needs as well as maintaining excellent customer service relationships. I've had an excellent time at this pharmacy and this is my now permanent place to go for all health needs!

To the older woman with the gray hair, it’s clear your life is miserable, but you should leave that at the door when you step into a professional environment. Giving a friendly, paying customer a horrific attitude from the second they step in your door is a sure way to lose business permanently.

Even after all these years, I am so grateful for Park Avenue Pharmacy. It's right by my house and they always provide top notch service. Over the years, I've come to know the technicians here, and I enjoy chatting with them as I wait for my prescriptions. They are always very honest, and will try to accomodate the patient as best as possible. For example, if they are out of a medicine, they will order it, and it will usually come in a day. It's important to support small, local businesses such as Park Avenue Pharmacy!
