I came here to get Claritin-D because I have very bad congestion from allergies and really need it. I presented a photo ID but was told I HAVE to have a driver license or passport because that's the only IDs that their system takes. A photo identification is enough for me to get Claritin-D according to FDA yet this CVS can not accept any other forms besides driver license and passport. As a result, I left empty handed and have to continue to suffer.

My doctor prescribed blood thinners to prevent blood clots going to my brain and causing a stroke. I had a life threatening heart malfunction. The CVS pharmacist John wasn't able to fill the prescription for five days although it was needed immediately. At first he hung up on the doctor's office when they called, and later in the week when they called again, he told them that the prescription had been "lost in the system". When I was finally able to pick it up, five days after it had been sent to him, he did not apologize. Luckily I didn't suffer a stroke while waiting for him!

This is actually a CVS Caremark and its located in the building where I work. I now get prescriptions with CVS pharmacy so now if I need to pik up medicine when I am at work I can go there. Anytime I have been in this location I have been given good service.

Always feels like I'm annoying the staff for being there. Like they took the job there so they wouldn't have to see people or do anything.

Excellent pharmacists but it is a very small store so it has a limited selection of products.

Hours are unusable. There are 2 apt complexes with 200 yards, and they are open 8am - 6pm. Came home early needing medication, and the sign said "Be back in 10, 2" indicating 2 pm. It's 3:45.

Hours don't make any sense. I've never made it here in time once before it closes during the week, and I live 2 blocks away.
